Chapter 13: Pandemonium

"Now that we're past the stringent entrance checks, we should be able to pose as regular guests..." Karasuma remind. "Guests? Do they put up groups of junior-high kids here?" Sugaya ask curiously.

"Plenty, from what I have heard. The coddled kids of entertainers and millionaires; Brought up like spoiled rotten royalty, they keep innocent faces while dabbling in darker pursuits. I can tell that you hate people like those, Ms.Y/n..."

Well he's definitely right. Guys with princes looks, it's fine, but showing off money just to bribe a lady? I'm not having it. They sound so lame and it disgust me...

"Right! So walk around acting like those kids, looking down your noses at the whole world!" Koro-sensei reminded before everyone start acting all high and mighty. "You all look stupid..."

"Why are you so straight-forward?! We're trying here!" Terasaka complained. "If you want to look like a spoiled brat, then be like me and (fruit/name). But in this situation, we use visuals. Since our #1 playboy is still in a retirement, I'm borrowing his crown. Or might as well let Isogai wear it since he's Prince Charming himself..." Karma added and the last part is a little bit sarcastic.

"However... we don't know our opponents. He might even attack us while posing as a regular guest. Proceed with plenty of caution. Especially the careless ones..."

•Okuda's POV, Again•

"Sorry, Okuda... Takebayashi..." Sugino mention as he hold his ice bag. "N-No, it's okay..." I reassured him before I sigh when another call was a big fail. "Their fevers are so high. We need to cool their heads down, at least, to avoid brain damage. Especially Hiroto-kun..."

"G-Got it! Um... could a virus this powerful spread throughout the island?" I ask nervously.

"Probably not. I mean, we're okay, right? It's likely transmitted orally. It'd had to be mixed into food or drink or something. And Y/n has a wild guess that it's from the drinks. I doubt there's any risk of it spreading to any random bystander. I told the other team that, too..." My classmate explain.

A virus given to us and us alone... but when? Where?

"How's the call going by the way?" Sugino added before I sigh. "No luck. We have to try our female classmates this time or else Maehara-kun's not gonna catch up his recovery with the others. Almost all of us went to the same elementary school after all..." I said.

"Go for it... I'll try my best maintaining his fever as low as possible because I felt like Y/n's gonna kill me..." Takebayashi demanded.

Everyone's eyes has been cautious, but the guests gonna get suspicious at this rate with all of them glancing everywhere. "It really is like we're all just regular guests..." Kimura mumbled as I stay close to Nagisa.

"If anything, they avoid eye contact. No one wants to cause any trouble, after all..." Chiba reminded before I grab Karma's free wrist. "Huh? What is it, (fruit/name)? Miss my touch already?" He ask with a seductive smirk before I slap his face to Chiba's direction and point to him and Hayami's hand intertwined.

"Nice blackmail. But that slap hurt, darling~"

"I should be feeling sorry for you, but shut up..."

"Eh~ I guess I derserve it. I sound like those idiots from the bar..." he sighed with a defeated smile and take a quick snap at the two snipers. "I'd pegged everyone in the hotel as our enemy, but now I think we can get up to the top floor, easy~" Kayano said with a positive look, but I'm not sure aboht the 'easy' part.

"And if something did happen... our vanguard Mr. Karasuma would find out." Okano agreed with her.

"It'll be a cinch now that we're inside!"
