Kito's POV
before I knew it I was running into the arena. my legs were working faster than my mind. i was so scared and yet i kept running toward the enemy. i spotted one farther away than the ones everyone seemed to be attacking. i had no strategy but i knew i wanted to be away from everyone. i have no idea what anyone here's quirk is and i don't want to risk being in someone's way when i don't know what they're doing.

i glared at that robots, uhm- face? i was hoping it would be easy, but i had never attempted to move a target as big as this. what if i can't? that would make my quirk useless, wouldn't it? i attempted to focus all of my attention on controlling it. my quick plan was to make it drop itself to the ground, and basically break itself.

but  just as I feared my quirk wasn't good enough. i struggled to move the bot at all. what am I supposed to do now? now instead of running towards the electronic enemies, i was running away. i'm horrible with close-range combat. no way would I be able to take down a single one alone without my quirk.

two minutes had already gone by and i had no way to get points. i guess my best chance right now to get any points would be to find someone and stick with them. i'd have to hope that they can weaken a bot so i can swoop in and easily steal their point. i ran back to the area i had left everyone in. most people had already spread out by now. i saw robotic parts and pieces of metal everywhere. even the aftermath of many people's quirks. there were few people still there trying to fight the remaining ones.

i watched as a boy sped around in circles around one, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. while the bot lost gaze for a second he took it down. his quirk looked like it was just speed and he still managed to take one down in close combat. these people are amazing. the last of them in this area were taken down. meaning i now have to find another group of people. i quickly turned around and ran. i had no idea where all I was going. all i know is i need to figure out how i am supposed to get points when i'm basically quirkless against these.

maybe i'm not meant for this school. my quirk isn't that special. i heard voices somewhat close and began to follow the sound to them. i looked at the time and we now only had 4 minutes left. i picked up my pace and soon I was able to make out what they were saying. what I had thought was a group of people had actually turned out to be one person and a group of psychotic robots.

i tried to keep quiet while keeping my eye on all of them. whoever was stuck in the middle of them wasn't doing anything. they just appeared to be frozen. possibly frozen with fear? the bots seemed to all be closing in on them. i had to do something. i couldn't see much but i could see their head, which happened to be all i needed.

"look over here!" I called out, they quickly turned their head in response to hearing an unknown voice. before i could tell them what was happening i locked my eyes with theirs and began my rescue. there was still space in between them and the robots, so i made them run in between the boys and towards me. once they were far enough away I broke eye contact and allowed them to freely run over to me.

we were able to look at each other before an alarm went off, signifying the end of the exams. are you serious, i got no points. my moms gonna be mad. i couldn't take down a single one. i disappointingly walked out with everyone. most people seemed happy, assuming they got enough points to pass everyone else and get accepted. i was upset but I couldn't show it. a hero doesn't show their weakness.
