Chapter 28 - "We Make It Love Wheel, A Dream To Fill One By One"

-

"I'm kind of nervous," she spoke over the phone, her voice wavering as the girls paced to and fro around her to get the things ready.

"Honestly, me too. But it's gonna be fine in the end, because it will be us together." He smiled, shifting his phone to the other ear as Jinjin styled his hair.

"I can't wait to see you as my groom though," she hummed before grinning, as Ace put on a pretty necklace around her neck.

"Well, I can't wait to see my bride too then," he shooed Sanha away who eavesdropped to the conversation.

"Enough of it, you guys are getting married in two hours okay, cut the call right now." Somin spoke, her voice authorized as she extended her hand to demand for the phone from Seri.

"I'll see you at the stage then," she cut the call and kept the phone in Somin's palm, frowning.

"Is the flower crown okay?" K asked, adorning it on the top of Seri's head.

"We were gonna drop it though." EN replied, putting her sandals on.

"No I guess, it looks pretty. Keep it up the veil." Jihyo suggested, bending towards the dressing table.

"Do whatever but quick. I wanna be dressed up as his bride for a longer time." Seri cheekily grinned, spreading her gown away from the chair arm.

"Talk about being cheesy," was all Ace spat out before helping K fix the veil and crown on her head.

Dressed in a baby pink net floral gown, she stepped down the staircase and instructed the staff to fix the flowers on the entrance board.

"Grab more flower crowns from the stylists, Hyung Ji!" She heard Ace shout from the dressing room before she shut it back. Before she could go, V came in view, walking over to her with a love struck smile plastered on his face.

She smiled, murmuring a quick hi.

He stepped closer, his grin widening as he fixed his white suit. "Pretty."

She giggled, dusting the non existent dirt off of his collar as she whispered, "You too."

"I have something for you," he took out a rectangular box from his pocket.

She smiled wider. "Let's see what it is."

He dangled a beautiful rose gold pendant with a half moon shining. She broke in awe as she held it in her fingers. "It's so pretty."

He slid his tie to a side and showed her the other half of the moon. "That'll be me. Completing you?"

She broke in a teary smile, giving it back to him and turning around.

He slid her hair to a side and stepped closer.  Locking the pendant behind her neck, he placed a feather light kiss near it before grabbing her shoulders and turning her back to him.
