The choir sang with a melodious voice, Anna smiled as she entered the church she loved the serene environment of the church, this was her first most favorite place, then the beach.
"Life isn't fair; it's life, everybody has times when they feel like God's just not there. But He's always there, always bringing you closer to Him, for the thought He has for you are of good and not of evil, He has a perfect and unique plan for you......"
These words of Pastor Jane, sank deep into Anna's heart. Anna closed her eyes, whispering these words, "Lord, I really need your wisdom and spirit to guide me with Leo, part of me wants him and the other seems to be resisting because I don't want to be a victim of pain again, please have your way Lord". She was still aiming at building a strong relationship with God.
They returned back home after service, Anna took a nap and immediately left for the beach at noon.
She had a favorite spot at the beach, she had always went to the beach whenever she wanted to feel relaxed. The cool ocean breeze caressed her face as she pondered on her relationship life and what Alexia had told her about. She already knew she had fallen in love with Leo but she didn't want to admit it.
She picked up her mobile and dialed Leo's number.
"Hey" Leo spoke
"Hi, are you busy?"
"Nah, any problem"
"No, but could you come over to the beach....."
"Okay, I'll be on my way"
"Thanks"
Few minutes later Leo arrived at the beach, he called Anna and she directed him to where she sat.
"Hi, thanks for coming". Anna said with a smile.
"Thanks also for inviting me here, after what happened the yesterday, I'm...."
"Shhh, about yesterday, I've gone into deep consideration and decided to give love another chance"
"So are you saying, it's a Yes?" Leo asked with a raising brow.
"It's a Yes"
"Damn I really can't believe it, are you sure for real" Leo said.
"Yh, I'm sure"
Leo pulled in Anna for a hug, "I love you Anna"
She pulled out of the hug and tears already filled her eyes. He brought out a handkerchief and cleaned her tears and laid a soft kiss on her forehead.
"I love you too " Anna said as she laid ger head on his chest.
She couldn't believe it, it felt like it was a fantasy, she never thought of having a relationship especially with Leo. She was so lost in thought that she didn't notice Leo was staring at her the whole time.
"Hey babe, what you thinking about"
"Ewww,don't call me babe it sounds weird"
"In what way does it sound weird"
"I don't know"
"You're quite funny" Leo said laughing as his dimples showcased elegantly.
