Getting into Gryffindor tower was a trick. The knight in one of the  paintings, Sir Cadogan, kept changing the password to get into Gryffindor tower.

Days later, I went to Remus's office. We hadn't spoken since our argument from a month or two ago.

When I got there, Snape was in Remus's office, but there was no Remus.

Snape looked at me. "What are you doing in here?" I asked.

"It's not good to stick for nose into everything, Black", Snape said.

"I could say the same to you. Where's Remus?" I asked.

"You know he's not really your father", Snape said.

"I am clearly aware
If I didn't know that, I would have called him, 'Dad'", I said. I did not want to talk to Snape.

"Has he ever told you about your father?" Snape asked. "He was a dimwitted git".

"Do not speak of my father like that.  You didn't know him", I snapped.

"I knew him better than you", Snape said.

"As horrible as you are, I bet you hate him because he's a good person".

"How would you know what kind of person he is. He wasn't in your life. He left you".

"I'm sure there was a reason! They both left for a reason! Don't you ever bring up my father like that again! I will come back when Remus is back".

I walked out of the room. I was definitely not going to the Quidditch game and I still couldn't get into the common room.

I stayed in the library. I grabbed a book about animagus. Then, I went back to Remus's office to see if he was there.

Bad news, Remus wasn't there, but the good news is, neither was Snape. I walked into the room and I searched through Remus's things about Sirius Black.

Then, I came across a notepad filled with notes and ideas for something called, "The Marauders Map". On the first page, there were four names, "Prongs, Padfoot, Mooney and Wormtail".

In the notebook, there was a photo of four boys. One of them looked like Harry. It had to be Harry's dad.

I shoved the notebook into my pocket and put the photo in one of the pages of my book.

I snuck out of Remus's office. I ran outside to join everyone at the Quidditch stadium.

I stopped running and noticed the dementors circling me. I started walking.

"Remember what Dumbledore said. 'Don't give them a reason to harm you'", I told myself.

The dementors flew towards me. I tried to stay calm and I tried not to break in a run.

A dementors flew in my way. It looked at me. I took a step back as it came closer.

The dementor began the Dementor's kiss, which I heard was a fate worse than death.

My book dropped out of my hands as I started to feel weaker. I felt a depressing feeling. I felt like there was no happiness inside of me.

"Iris!" I heard Remus shouting.

A bright light from behind me scared off the dementor. The Dementor stopped the Dementor's kiss.

I fell to my knees. Remus grabbed me. "Are you alright? What on Earth were you doing out here?" He asked.

Dumbledore, Snape and Professor McGonagall ran towards us.

"Good heavens!" Professor McGonagall exclaimed. "We have to get her to the healing room".

"Miss Black, can you hear me?" Dumbledore asked. I could, but his voice was very muffled. I nodded my head slowly. I felt cold. My bottom lip quivered.

"I-I was heading t-t-to the Quidditch game. And they..." I started. I shivered by the Dementor's touch.

"Shh", Dumbledore said. "Rest, Miss Black. Professor Lupin, take Irina Black, to the healing room. I will have a talk with the Dementors".

And everything went Black.
