Braxton was excited as he dragged Seraphina out of their house so she can watch them play. Seraphina didn't want to go as this was a bad idea since she knew Bella would be there and Seraphina didn't want that at all. "Braxton, will you stop and listen to me, please." She said making him look at her. "I know you are excited, but Bella is going to be there and you said so yourself that Bella's blood is mouth watering."

"So?"

"Braxton, there is a storm coming. Storms equal winds. Strong winds."

Braxton realized what she was saying. "I'm sorry, baby. I should have thought of that." He said as he held her. "Do you want me to stay?"

"No." She tells him with a smile. "Go have fun, I'll stay here with a book and a warm bath."

Braxton groaned as Seraphina walked back in. "Tease." He said as he heard Emmett. "Coming, uncle Em."

Seraphina smiled as she was relaxing. She started thinking about how her life came to be. She always thought that she would be alone. That was till Braxton came, but he never talked to her, till after a year of her being in Forks. "Seraphina?" She heard a panic Braxton making her grab her towel just for the door to open. "Oh thank god."

"What's wrong?"

"Bella's scent caused a hunt."

Seraphina looked at the time to see that it was late and looked at Braxton. Braxton didn't say a word as he took the towel away from her making her look at him then back to the towel. He moved her wet hair from her face making her look at him. "What's going to happen now?"

"Nothing." He said. "The two of us are going somewhere as you played it smart."

"Can I have my towel back? I'm starting to get cold." Seraphina tells him making Braxton smile as he gave her the towel back.

"I'll go pack."

Seraphina nodded as she got out and walked up to the mirror. She couldn't believe she was right. Braxton turned to see Seraphina walking out of the bathroom and over to her outfit she had laid out. "Where will we go because I was hoping that we could go to prom or go somewhere where I can wear the dress I got."

Braxton looked at her and smiled. "I promise you that we will be back, but forward nowuy, we are leaving in case they find out about you."

"Okay." She said as she put her shirt on and smiled as she was ready. "Ready?'

"Let's get out of here." Braxton said as he grabbed the clothes he packed and the two left for his vehicle.

Seraphina wasn't scared, but she was worried for Bella. She may have not been there, but she would never wish for someone to get hunted down by a nomad or anything. "Is she going to be alright?"

"I think so." Braxton said as they drove off. "Let's focus on our vacation."

"Deal." Seraphina said as she looked out the window wondering where Braxton was taking her. She hopes they have fun on this trip not thinking about what is happening. Just this small vacation.
