Opposites Attract

One

Seraphina doesn't remember much of her parents. She knows they were there at one point, but now, now she's just an orphan. Waking up in a home to yourself and hear nothing was unsettling. Seraphina knew right than and there that this was going to be her life forever.

She grabbed her clothes and started her morning routine. Her mind kept going back to the new student that was coming. She wondered what Chief Swan's daughter was like.

Once she was finished, Seraphina walked downstairs and into the kitchen as she put a piece of bread in the toaster and grabbed her a bottle of water. She heard the sound of the toaster and grabbed the hot toast. She walked out and got in her car. Let's get today over with.

At school, Seraphina stood by her car as she was making sure she had everything. She felt eyes on her and knew just who they were. Braxton and the other Cullens. Over the last two years, Braxton and his family would watch Seraphina closely. She never understand why they would watch her, but she always found a way to distract herself from their stares.

Braxton was wanting to talk to his mate, but never could as his uncle's mate was against it. He sighed making Emmett look at him. "If you want to talk to her. You can."

"No." Rosalie replies. "Braxton doesn't need to bring her into this life."

Braxton rolled his eyes and walked over to the brunette. "Seraphina?"

She looked at saw Braxton and looked at him confused. "I thought you were with your family."

"I was, but I wanted to get to know you."

Seraphina smiled a little as the two walked in. Rosalie was not happy one bit till she saw the smile and sighed knowing that Braxton deserves a mate. Seraphina was that mate.

Everyone watched as Braxton and Seraphina talked. No one interrupted them. Bella Swan saw two walk into the cafeteria. Just they way Jessica talked, Seraphina was the only one that Braxton wanted over all the girls at school. She noticed their eyes were an abnormal color.

Edward tried to read her mind, but couldn't. He tried Seraphina and was shocked that he could hear her. She was lonely at home. Orphaned at six till she reached 18. Every thought made him feel bad for this human. Seraphina Nichols is definitely an interesting person.

Rosalie was curious about Seraphina. She knew that this human had it bad when it came to growing up. A child should never go through what Seraphina did.

Emmett was just happy to see his nephew actually have his mate. So was Alice and Jasper. Seraphina was the girl for Braxton. She's something else that also makes Braxton attracted her. Seraphina Nichols is a mystery.
