So, running away from my home is difficult. But it's better than being ignored from your family. This means I won't see my friends again unless I text them where I am.

I live in Nevada right now, I'm thinking of driving to Oregon. That is a 11 hour and 19 minute drive from here to there. It is an estimate to 519.9 miles. Obviously I'll be stopping at the nearest stop like a hotel or even the street.

Poor Oliver and Chester. They're just only 3 months. Oliver is a Rottweiler and Chester is a Tabby. I'm guessing that Oliver needs to go the bathroom, so I pulled over and grabbed Oliver and put him on a leash to go to the bathroom.

Back on the road to my destination. I wonder if my family saw the note already. Its 8:30pm. What are they doing?

Mom's POV:

We got home from Ashley 's. I wonder if Emma has ate yet, I brought leftovers just incase.

I grabbed Evan from his car seat. Slowly and carefully I walked to the house. The warm air surrounded us when we walked in.

"Emma, we're home." I called.

There was no answer. That was so unusual of her. She must be sleeping anyways.

I tried again, "Emma?" Still no answer.

"Emma???" I said louder. Again still no answer. I walked up the stairs to her room and it was wide open. The cold dark room was almost empty. Where is she?

"Justin?" I asked my husband.

"What," he answered.

"Do you see Emma anywhere?" I asked when he entered the room.

"No why?" He asked.

I stood there looking around, "I can't find her." I walked out of the room, "where's Chester and Oliver? Their usually following us. Jumping on us or meowing,"

"How should I know?" He said offensively.

"Whatever." I rolled my eyes. He's always like that. I went in the kitchen and saw 2 notes on the counter. I picked them up. It was from Emma!

"Uh...honey come and look at this," I demanded.

"Ah, what now?" He said. I showed him the note from Emma and I started reading it. At the end I started crying.

"Why?! Why this?!" I demanded.

"I don't know," he said.

"You don't know? YOU DON'T KNOW?! This is all your fault Justin!" I yelled.

"How is it my fault?!" He questioned.

"You don't care about her! She said that you yelled at her!!" Blood started to boil in me. That's it I can't take it anymore, "your sleeping on the couch tonight, don't even think about coming upstairs!"

"Pft, whatever." He said.

Emma's POV

It's getting late, I'm so tired, I've been driving an hour and forty minutes straight! Except when I needed to fill gas and go to the bathroom. I decided that I'll be sleeping in the closest hotel.

I finally found one! I wonder if they'll let me bring Chester and Oliver in. Please! When I walked in the building the nice, warm air surrounded me.

"May I help you ma'am?" Asked the desk lady.

"Um...yes can I have a room? I'm traveling to Oregon," I asked politely.

"Let me check," the lady looked onto the registration book, "ah-ha here is one open room, that is...room B12."

She hands me the room key and looks down on what I am carrying.

"Oh, can I please bring them in my room? Oh, please!" I begged.

"Um...Okay, but if the dog starts barking it'll have to go somewhere, I'm not saying like to heaven of course. Like in a place where we keep the pets. I honestly don't like about that rule on what I told you," she gave me a warm smile. To be honest, she's really pretty and kind.

"Thanks so much!" I thanked her with a hug, "my name is Emma by the way, I'm 18,"

"Hey Emma, my name is Jade, and I'm 19, why are you by your self?" Asked Jade.

"Well, let's just say that I hate my family and that I'm running away, all they do is treat me like crap and doesn't know who I am," I told her about dad and what he did.

"Well that's not very nice," Jade replied, then the noise of the bell rang, "I got to go, good luck!"

"Thanks." I called back.

I went in the halls to find B12. When I found it and entered the room, it was big and two clean beds. I played my stuff on the other bed and flopped down to the bed I picked. It was so comfy like I was on a cloud!

I turned on the TV and turned to the music channel. My favorite band of all time, One Direction was singing their hit song Steal My Girl. I love, I mean love that song! Ah, I wish someday I'll meet them. Zayn is the hottie to be honest.

It was 3:45 am. It was a long day for me. I turned off the TV and went to bed.
