Chapter 26

The door bell rang around the room as Carly came running out of her room saying, "I get it! I get it"

She ran down the stairs to the door she stepped on her tippy toes to reach the door handle and opened it up slowly revealing the first guest to arrive. Of course as I thought it be was Zayn's parents and his sisters, Doniya, Waliyha and Safaa.

"Hey guys! C'mon in," I said walking, well more like waddling down the stairs to give them a big hug. "It's great to see you!"

"Hey you looking great and same back at you!" greeted Zayn's mom Trisha.

"Thanks!" I said.

Zayn came down and greeted his family and brought them up to the living room as they helped us put the last decorations up. Carly was playing with Zayn's youngest sister Saffa who is currently 12 years old when there was a knock on the door.

"Can I get it mommy?" She asked.

"I'll get it sweetie stay here and play with Safaa, you can get the next one," I told her. She nodded and continued playing with her toys.

I "walked" downstairs to the door and opened it. My stomach like just dropped in excitement.

"Bella! You came!" I exploded with excitement and bringing her into a hug.

"Hey," She said with a half smiled but tried to put on a full smile.

"How are you?" I asked worried by the tone of her voice.

"I'm ok I guess, thanks for inviting me though," She thanked. This time she did put on a full smile.

"Hey, no problem come in," I said moving out of my way.

I walked upstairs to the others and introduced them to Bella.

The shower finally began when everyone showed up, I was excited to start it but a little sad because Jackson wouldn't be here. At that moment the door bell rang, is that him?! I ran downstairs being careful not to fall and opened the door.

"JAX!" I yelled jumping into his arms.

"Hey there," He greeted rubbing my back.

"You came back," I sobbed.

He set me down carefully and gave me a regular hug and kissed my head. "Of course I came back, I had to be here for the baby's shower. and arrival!"

"Your staying her till she arrives?" I gasped. He nodded his head and I began to cry again.

He helped me back upstairs and into the living room.

"Who's that?" Carly asked pointing to Jackson.

"This is your Uncle Jackson, Carly. And Jackson this is Carly I told you about in the letter I sent you," I introduced.

Jackson greeted her and Sat down. He first handed me the gift bag for Brit and the other in front of him, "So I heard a lot about you Carly, I decided to get you something."

Carly got excited and made a 'ooo' sound and walked over to Jackson. He slowly took out the tissue paper and pulled out a small stuffed fluffy dog. "Puppy!" she exclaimed.

Everyone laughed and Carly snatched the stuffed dog out of his hands and went up to Zayn.

"Daddy! Look!" she said shoving the dog in his face.

"Cute!" said Zayn.

Food was served around 2:00 as we ate we played games such as I thinks it's called guess the size of the stomach where someone (which was Zayn) comes around with a rolled of ribbon and scissors where people guess how big the stomach is and whoever wins, wins a prize.
