I woke up to the birds chirping outside. I'm still pretty tired from last night. Mom is probably screaming a dad, and Evan is probably looking for me.

I stayed in my room for a while, watching tv and taking a shower. Then outside my door I heard people saying to their families that there was breakfast going on in the lobby.

Perfect! I'm really hungry, all I ate last night was a banana. My stomach is growling like a dog. So, I unlocked my door and saw a little fruit basket sitting outside my door with my name on it. "What the?" I said to myself. Who gave me this fruit basket? I don't know anyone here. I read the little note card that was on the basket. It read:

Emma, I went to the store and grabbed this fruit basket when I heard that you were running away from your family. In this basket is food and some supplies that I put in there. Hopefully you'll find a new family that loves you.

Love,
Jade

Thanks Jade, I picked up the basket and put it on my bed. And I went in the lobby for breakfast. I saw Jade sitting at a table swiping through her phone.

"Good morning Jade," I greeted when I approached her.

"Good morning Emma, how was your night? Like your sleep?" She asked.

"It was great. I'm still a bit sleepy but I'll be fully awake soon. Mind if I sit?" I asked her.

"Sure!" She said politely. I forgot my phone so I ran to my room and unplugged it from the charger.

"I'm back, haha sorry I forgot my phone in the room," I apologized.

"Its ok, so did you get my basket?" She laughed.

"Yes I did," I laughed with her. We chatted a bit about our lives and about our selves while I was eating a blue berry muffin, cereal, coffee (to wake me up), and waffles. Yes, I was really hungry.

I got Jade's number so I actually can talk to someone while I don't have a home or anyone to talk to. I left Jade and went in my room to start putting away the stuff I had out.

I fed Chester and Oliver than I was out on the road to where ever it takes me.

I'm next to the California sign so I decided to go through California to get to Oregon. I don't care if that takes a little longer than 11 hours. I love California's features. Palm trees, the beautiful beaches and all that. I decide to stop and hang out on the beach.

It was a beautiful day. The sun was shining and the waves of the Pacific Ocean sounds beautiful.

I kicked off my sandals and let Chester and Oliver out. I obviously put them each on a leash. It seems odd having a cat on a leash.

People were giving me looks like I was crazy. I ignored them and continued walking them. As soon as Chester hit the ground, that told me that he was tired to I took him and set him in his carriage. He started meowing like he was in jail. He's such a silly cat.

Then I left the beach and went off on the road. I passed some shops that I desperately wanted to go but I decided not to go.

Sorry if this chapter was boring. I couldn't think right on what to say. Lol
