- Me and Michael

"Papa Legba, ouvirier barrier pour moi agoe. Papa Legba, ouvirier barrier pour moi agoe. Papa Legba, ouvirier barrier pour moi agoe."

Cordelia watched as Dinah recited the incantation that would summon Papa Legba. Her eyes darted around the room as shadows danced on the walls, until Papa Legba was sitting on the chair opposite her.

"Dinah Stevens." Papa Legba said, "No voodoo priestess gives me better rum."

"Hello, Papa." Dinah said.

"You've outdone yourself, Mambo. Does this mean you've reconsidered my offer?"

"Hell no." Dinah scoffed, "You charge more for immortality than a little Cuban contraband. And I told you, I'm not about snatching newborns from the maternity ward. I'm here because she paid me."

Papa Legba turned his gaze to Cordelia, smiling hauntingly. "So let's get to it."

"The Witch Queen. I've been looking forward to this meeting. You come with an intriguing request." He continued.

"You know why I'm here?" Cordelia frowned.

"The Antichrist. Michael Langdon, bringer of the End of Days. The one that your daughter is in love with." Papa Legba smirked. "But what makes you think I can help? I am merely a gatekeeper between humanity and the underworld."

"Open the gates. I will lure him inside and he will be condemned to roam the underworld." Cordelia said, almost begging.

"Betray Satan's spawn... Ouf. I would be putting myself at great risk."

"Name your price." Cordelia said.

"The last time a conspiring Mambo and Witch Queen summoned me... they brought me the greatest offering." Papa Legba pondered. "Come out, child."

From behind the chair, none other than Nan appeared.

"Oh my God." Cordelia breathed, her heart stopping.

"Cordelia, long time no see, bitch." Nan smiled slyly.

"Fucking Fiona." Cordelia hissed to herself.

"If you've hurt her... It's okay. Papa's nice to me. And I really like Hell, it's fun."

"Fun? What do you do down there?" Dinah frowned in confusion.

"I make trouble." Nan grinned.

"Nan is my favorite little helper. I could use more like her." Papa Legba interrupted. Cordelia's stomach dropped as she realised what he meant.

"You want me to give you a soul." She said, understanding.

"And you want me to perform a coup. An order so tall demands a steep price." Papa Legba shrugged. "Not just any old soul. I want your daughter's."

"No. I won't give you Elora. You want a soul, take mine." Cordelia objected immediately.

"You are not enough." Papa Legba said. "Young Elora's soul is as pure as they come. I could use someone like that down there."

"No, no, you don't want Elora. She isn't as pure as you might think."

"She is God's daughter. She is pure just by her very nature. No matter what she does, she will be good."
