Writing your name with crimson lipstick on my mirror;
Just so I can smash it and curse you forever.
I'm not sour, why would you say that?
You can't call a crazy person crazy, I'm not a psychopath.
You see a wall painted blue, your favorite color;
But I see a collection of bricks; a weapon from cruel to crueller.
I'll hold a boombox up towards your window;
And throw it right through, no, I'm not a weirdo.I'm just hurt.
And hurt people, hurt people.
Was it worth it?
To snap that arrow from Cupid.I wanna know why you hurt me;
I wanna know why you're scared.
I wanna know why you worry;
I wanna know if you cared.
I wanna know if you're selfish;
I wanna know if you're dumb.
I wanna know why you're devilish;
I wanna know why we're done.Come over tonight, it's been six months.
We can watch a scary movie, you've always loved those ones.
I'm in the kitchen, readying our snacks;
You're watching some poor girl get butchered in a serial killer's attack.
Oh, how life imitates art in the most poetic of ways;
Drink the kool-aid, drink the kool-aid.
A cat-and-mouse romance in which only one can tell our story;
Don't worry, I'll tell it with you as the antagonist who's trying to end their villainy.I wanna know why you hurt me;
I wanna know why you're scared.
I wanna know why you worry;
I wanna know if you cared.
I wanna know if you're selfish;
I wanna know if you're dumb.
I wanna know why you're devilish;
I wanna know why we're done.I'm just hurt.
And hurt people, hurt people.
Was it worth it?
To snap that arrow from Cupid.With dead weight on my chest and a broken heart in my palm;
How am I supposed to bring chaos into your calm?
Photograph this moment, your final one on earth;
As ghosts decorate your portraiture.
Ruthless romance; a crimson red;
A new life breathed into the dead.
I apologise for what I did and what I'm about to do;
I don't know why it's you. Why, why, why you?
