Shovelling dirt in the dead of night;
The music of the darkness swirls and dances.
Fear of the unknown is the most awful fright;
Terror in tears as you run out of chances.
An illness, a touch only felt by me;
Countless potential surgeries.
The Grim Reaper is my best friend;
Holding my hand 'til the very end.I'm dancing on my grave;
Fireworks, confetti, champagne.
Burning in acid rain;
In death I'll never be the same.
Happy to smile and I smile to be happy;
I've spent too long living too seriously.A rainbow glitters across dawn's canvas;
Like a spell, a river flowing in all kinds of magic.
Lana once said I was born to die;
But I think she got it wrong; I think I was born to try;
To try and be the better part of a good man;
To try to be kind, to be gentle, to be human.
Shedding skin like a snake in Eden;
I'm ok, I'm healthy, free of any demons.I'm dancing on my grave;
Fireworks, confetti, champagne.
Burning in acid rain;
In death I'll never be the same.
Happy to smile and I smile to be happy;
I've spent too long living too seriously.I put the fun into funeral;
Isn't life just beautiful?
As tears escape through my eyes;
I'm in the here and now, I'm happy, I'm alive.I'm dancing on my grave;
Fireworks, confetti, champagne.
Burning in acid rain;
In death I'll never be the same.
Happy to smile and I smile to be happy;
I've spent too long living too seriously.
