I'm loyal to a fault like San Andreas;
Did you just jump off a cliff? See you down there, I guess.
If you stared at the sun too long I would too;
I can't live in a world where you can't see me and, I, you.
Like the two ends of a rainbow with no pot of gold;
We are a sight to be seen, something pure, something old.
Our names will be headlines in history books for generations to come;
They'll tell our love story with a smile to compliment their tongue.
And we'll be smiling too like we've just heard the best news;
A pregnancy, a proposal, a marriage, all the "I love yous".Like a moth to a flame;
I am loyal 'til the end of days.
If you fell I'd catch you and fall instead;
I'd move heaven and earth to get to your hell.
I pledge my allegiance to you and you alone;
Your eyes run through my veins, conversing with bone.
I thought love was a legend, a myth;
A clandestine experience for the elite.
It's a pastel storm dancing in flamboyance;
An arrow from Cupid that missed Achilles.Bohemian style dancing in Primavera,
A masterpiece in this metropolis.
A song so secluded, a song so Shakespearean.
Emerging from beauty like The Birth of Venus.
I would steal art for you;
I'd do life without parole.
I'd lie until my words ring true;
I'd loss my senses, my control.
You have my loyalty, almightily so;
It's yours to have, it's yours to hold.You take my hand to your rooftop overlooking the city;
It's skyscrapers like nails to a hand.
I tell you I've never seen something so pretty;
The imagination of something so grand.
In that moment we form an alliance as one;
A team to burn brighter than the midday sun.
You have the lock and I have the key;
I'm not afraid that I'm lost in this loyalty.
This is it, this is us;
Take my hand, here's my trust.
It's yours to keep,
As is my loyalty.
