Y/N's POV:

I jump backwards into the tunnel as lighting crashes down from above. Debris spews out and I myself get a cut across my cheek.

Y/N: Damn!

I quickly look at the others.

Y/N: You guys okay?!

Mikasa: Yeah. So this means she's the enemy.

Eren: Annie...why...

Y/N: Incoming!

The hand of the female titan comes reaching into the tunnel. I toss my cloak off and draw my blades out. I cant let her get to Eren.

With a swift cut I sever some of her fingers.

Y/N: We need to go!

Armin: Right!

We turn to run down the tunnel but Annie's hand comes crashing down from above cutting us off.

Armin: We can't stay here!

I look at the opening in the ceiling.

Y/N: I'll try to distract her.

Eren: Wait!

I don't stay to hear his argument. I maneuver my way out and come face to face with Annie.

Y/N: Why are you doing this?!

She doesn't say anything. Instead she jabs at me. I quickly hook onto her forearm and use it as my base to dodge her fist.

I swing to the outside of her arm before using my gas to push me towards her elbow. I ready myself to try and cut through her elbow but she she instead swings the arm I'm hooked on, into a building.

I'm forced to detach and brace for impact as my shoulder slams into the tile of one of the many rooftops.

Y/N: Yeah that's gonna leave a mark.

Annie returns to trying to get to Eren as I start to pull myself up.

Leona: On your feet kid.

I turn around and see the members of my team arrive. Except for Alexandra and Violet that is.

Michael: So the kids were right.

Leo: We have to keep her from escaping.

Rachel: Yeah no shit? I thought we'd just let the 14 meter lady escape.

Katrina: Stow it. Captain?

Leona looks at Annie before looking at me.

Leona: Take to the skies.

The team quickly jumps off the roof and uses their gear and gas to propel them high into the air.

Leona: Whatever she was to you back then doesn't matter. Right now I need you to fight.

I watch as Katrina and Rachel come hurdling down from the cutting through Annie's hands.

Y/N: I won't let you down ma'am.

Leo and Michael come down from the sky and strike at Annie's nape. But her skin hardens and their blades shatter.

Leo: That's annoying.

Michael: Captain!

Leona: Wear her down and lead her to the ambush site!

I see Mikasa come out of the tunnel alone.
