We talked about Romania, his mother, my hometown, and my family, it was very cute seeing him light up talking about all of this. We also touched on our careers and since it was a very open and honest conversation I shared with him what I had told Anthony.

"You know, I got to a point where I stopped working for more or less two years?"

"What on earth did you do for so long?"

"It was after I graduated Rutgers's Mason Gross School of the Arts," he said, "but to be honest it wasn't a pause by choice, auditions weren't really panning out, during that time I learned so much about patience and making contacts, it all eventually led me to my first big role".

"That's really interesting".

"Yeah but the point of this, was to tell you that taking time off isn't so bad, you learn things, do new things and get that well-deserved rest."

"You're right," I stated and took a sip of my drink, " I just realized that this is the first time I've had a drink in a bar with someone just talking".

"Are you serious?" he asked me surprised.

"Yes"

"Don't you go on dates?"

"I haven't been on a date in about five years". I replied and immediately felt a rush of embarrassment.

"Why not?"

"Never had the time," I said looking at my drink, " and I was never really asked".

Without hesitation or a second thought, he lifted my head with his hand on my cheek, looked straight into my eyes, and said, "Will you please do me the pleasure and let me take you out?"

"Yes," I answered almost instantly as I felt the warmth of his hand against my cheek and with his eyes, on me, I couldn't help but feel the goosebumps go down my spine again.

"Great, it's a date" those words made my eyes widen and for a second I could feel his thumb gently move towards my lips and the air grew thicker and for a second all I wanted to was move closer to him.

"SEBASTIAN STAN!" Anthony shouted from across the bar, breaking the moment and making Sebastian retract his hand, "Y'all really didn't invite me to this party?"

"It's not a party Mackie, we were just talking and having a drink" I responded, trying to contain myself and not kill him for ruining the moment.

"Y/N if you are up at this time, it's definitely a party". Anthony mentioned and shined his phone screen on my face revealing the time '12:05 am'.

"Shit!" I uttered, "I have to go to sleep, I have such a long day tomorrow" I added while gathering my phone that was completely turned off.

"BOOOO!!!" Anthony screamed, "party pooper!"

"Think of it this way, tonight I sleep early but tomorrow we party till we see the sun" I casually replied, which caused Anthony to cheer.

"Thank you for the drinks, Sebastian," I turned to him to say as I got up from the chair, "I'll see you tomorrow".

"Definitely." he grinned.

"What about me?" Anthony complained.

"I'll see you too Mackie," I said while already on my way to my room.

When I arrived, everyone was already sleeping in their bedrooms. I went to my room and got ready for bed. The moment my head hit the pillow, I realized three things:

1. I'm going to put on one of my best shows tomorrow night;

2. Sebastian Stan will attend the said show;

3. Sebastian Stan asked me on a date!
