Y/n's POV
As I'm walking back to Corporal's Office. I saw the lady just came out. She looked at me I quickly saluted, but she just smiled and giggled.
“ Please don't, it's ok haha!” She said with a bright smile.
“ By the way I'm Petra Ral. And you are...” I quickly straighten my posture.
“ I'm Y/n L/n, 104th cadet from southern division.” I said.
“ Oh... Yeah! I saw you already isn't you the one Corporal Levi was carrying last time? Thank goodness your ok! Your injuries look so horrible.” My eyes widened looking at her worried face. ‘So what Connie said was true, huh’
“ Sorry Ms. Ral haha! but I only remembered passing out that day.” I said and smile awkwardly while scratching the back of my head. ‘ Besides, I don't even want to remember that anyways’
“ Oh! Sorry I thought you remembered ehehe hehe. Hehe. Uhhh—Oh! By the way. Corporal is looking for you, go now quick!” I flinch when she said that I quickly nodded and headed to the door. I knock first before entering.
“ Just come in already!” I jolted‘ Damn he's in a bad mood!’ I quickly open the door and he's sitting at his chair while his arms are crossed. ‘Just smile, Y/n. Our boss is in bad mood’
“ Sorry Corporal, hehe. Imma go clean now, alright?” He just shook his head and again putting his attention to the paper he is holding. I look around to find where should I start. ‘Yeah the shelves first then the tables and other furnitures, and then the floor is the last part.... Yeah totally.’
I started removing rows of books, since I couldn't clean the shelves if the book is on the way. I finished the shelves and it took me I think half an hour, it's quite a large shelf to be honest. I look at the Corporal and he's just busy doing some papers. I started dusting off the imaginary dust in the books ‘Seriously, I don't even see a spec of dust in the books ’, as I'm putting all the books on the shelves, I tried to put the larger books in a higher level of shelves that I could and couldn't reach. The book is thick so its a little heavy ‘ What the heck is this book for?!’ suddenly I lost my balance and drop the book, second thing I knew I'm sitting on the floor and felt a sting of pain when the book drop right above my head.
“ Jeez! Dammit! That hurts!!” I look at the Corporal and he's just glaring at me.
“ Ah sorry Corporal! Hehe~ It won't happen again-”
“ Are you okay?” He said while looking at me, I look at him with a surprise expression. ‘ Is he talking at me or the book?... ’
“ Ah!...Haha! No! I'm fine Corporal!” I said standing up ‘ Why do you have a book like that, It hella hurt!’ I pick the book and just put it in a shelf that I can reach. Once I'm done with the Bookshelves, I clean the side tables that in the room. I wanna wipe the windows but its behind Corporals location. He might feel annoyed if I suddenly goes behind him ‘ Maybe I should ask him, right?’
“ Uhm Corporal? Do I need to wipe those windows behind you?” He look at me, like he's trying to read my mind. He nodded as a response. ‘ Damn, just focus on the window ’
Levi's POV
I just observed her every move, she's focus on what she's doing, however I can't focus because of her presence. I want to say something but I don't know what to say to her. Out of the blue she started humming.
