Y/n's POV

Before I can step my foot on the stairs. I saw Jean and Marco going up, I blink I few times before calming myself. Gosh what if my face is red?.. Never mind, I should get my act first. When they saw me I quickly smiled to them. ‘ They can't really be separated... cute ’

“ Hi! Good morning! ” I said and Marco instantly smiled at me.

“ Good Morning Y/n! ” Marco greeted back, I look at Jean and he's just observing me. Oh no...

“ Are you feeling unwell? ” I knew it. I just smiled and shakes my head saying no...

“ The weather is uhm, really, hot today haha that's all... ” They both nodded...

“ Marco, Jean I'll go first! See you later! ” I said looking at them while taking a step downstairs.

“ Okay! See you later! ” Marco said smiling at me.

“ Take care... ” I just smile at Jean, though he said those words emotionless, I knew he meant what he said.

Once I came downstairs, I quickly headed to the front HQ. When I finally at the front I look around and see that his not here yet. ‘ Maybe he's on the stables ’ I walk my way on the stables but he's nowhere to be found, though I can see his horse is still here. ‘ Where the heck is that man? ’ Again I walk to the front HQ, but he's not there... Maybe he already left?

I scratch my head feeling annoyed. I forgot that he's really impatient. I sigh put my palms on my waist ‘ I should follow him to the city ’. I was about to leave the HQ, when someone tug my jacket at the back firmly almost making me lose my balance... I tilted my head, and about to scold who ever dared to do that.. Then I realized. Its him.. Eh?

“ Oi, Where do you think you're going without me... ” He looks really pissed... What did I do?!

“ H-hey Corporal! I thought you already left so I'm about to chase after you! Hehe... ” I said scratching my brows using my index finger...

Levi's POV

“ H-hey Corporal! I thought you already left so I'm about to chase after you! Hehe... ” I frowned at what she said. Is she she fckng serious... After what happened to her yesterday? There's no fckng way I'm gonna leave her behind... I mean without my supervision, she's in my responsibility... That's all.. I let her collar go and look at her very annoyed. She glance at me and quickly looks away when she saw my expression, I just sigh.

“ Let's get going ” I'm not going to take my horse since, hers just got smash yesterday. I left a word to Eld regarding to cleaning the HQ before heading out. I didn't know she's gonna think that way.

We both headed out and pass the gate of the HQ... My mind can't forget what she said earlier... I don't know why but it keeps bothering me...

“ Tch ”  I just realized I suddenly said that unintentionally. She look at me curiously, her gaze are warm, I don't know why I feel this way...

“ Sorry? Is there something wrong? ” She said, she looks really clueless, suddenly my heart pound making me look at other direction ‘ Fck ’

“ Nothing ” I said coldly but I think she's already used to it cause she doesn't seem affected... She just shrugged it off and again look at the road. I can't understand myself anymore. I barely get any sleep last night because of her. ‘ Why do I even bother... ’ I remembered my promise to her earlier, did I just made a fckng promise?! I barely made any promise to anyone since I don't want to give them hope.

‘ However why do I feel like I have to be right beside her all the time or something bad might happen.. ’ I thought as I look at the bright sky.. ‘ It can't be... ’

“ Corporal! Look! Those Garrison Soldiers over there! They're just playing cards! Do you want me to teach them a less-- ” I quickly grab her arms cause she's talking while walking towards them... Is this why they don't want her to take part of them?

“ Oi oi oi oi... Hold up ” I look at those men she's pointing. My blood boils up quickly. They're laughing at each others stupidity ‘ You pigs dare to ask us for help but all you do is growing your massive fckng bellies ’ I calmly walk to their direction, the smell of alcohol reeks through them as I'm getting closer... They didn't even notice me coming closer.

“ Tch... You pigs, ask us for help but all you do is slacking off ” All of them froze one of them look at me and in a second they're all lining straight while saluting. ‘ Disgusting... ’ I heard a soft laugh on my side... She really misses them.

“ Listen here you dipshit bastards, I'm tasked to patrol the city since you pigs are not capable to do it by yourselves. If I caught you again. I'll make sure to take you all on our next mission outside the walls. Understand?... ” I said while my arms are crossed. I said what I said. Their reaction were expected. I know once I turned my back on them they're gonna act like they hear nothing from me. I glare at them and they all look stiff.

“ Don't think I'm just fckng around. ” That's right I meant what I said. I'm really gonna fckng drag them outside of these fckng walls.
I can see that they understand what I'm trying to say so I glance at Y/n... Her eyes are glued to the four Garrison and she's smirking...

“ Sir! Long time no see! Hehe... What a better way to start your day right? ” She said teasing them... The four soldier cannot react since I'm still here. I rolled my eyes, Now I understand why they don't want her to patrol...

“ Let's go ” I said and she just nodded at me while smiling...

“ See you around Sir!... ” She said, a smirk appears on her face and took a final glance to those wasted soldiers ‘ Brat ’
