Niall's POV:
In Los Angeles, California, I stood on the stage of the Walt Disney Concert Hall. I was performing in front of a packed house tonight, but I wasn't complaining because my girls were backstage. It was great to be back on stage, and I wouldn't be here if it weren't for my wonderful fans. I stood up with the microphone in my hand when I finished singing, Nice to Meet Ya. As yells and chanting from my many supporters resonated throughout the arena, I grinned and gazed out at the crowd.
I began by saying, "Thank you so much for being here tonight." If it weren't for you guys, I wouldn't be here tonight."
My admirers screamed even louder, prompting a smile on my face. I took a few steps forward before coming to a halt in the middle of the stage.
"There's someone else to whom I owe a great deal," I continued. "How many of you are familiar with my wife?"
When I announced my wife, the arena erupted in screams.
"As many of you may not know, today is our anniversary, and instead of taking her out for a romantic evening, she insisted that I play for all of you tonight," I explained myself. "Which is why I would love for you to help me out with this small favor."
As the crowd screamed, "Tell us!" I lowered my microphone and listened.
I announced, "Please welcome my lovely wife up onto the stage so that I may serenade her."
The crowd cheered for a brief second before chanting Lyndsey's name. It took a couple of minutes before my wife walked out onto the stage, holding our daughter in her arms while she wore ear covers.
When I saw the two of them, I smiled. Lyndsey was seated in a chair brought out by one of my stagehands. My band started playing, and I began singing my song, Dear Patience, by raising the microphone to my mouth.
When the song concluded, I quickly announced that I would be taking a break before returning to the stage for the second part of the show. As the lights dimmed, I escorted Lyndsey off the stage.
Backstage, we shared a lovely kiss, and I muttered, "I love you."Lyndsey said, "I love you too."
Lacey cut us off in the middle of our conversation by laughing in the cutest way possible. Before gazing across at Lyndsey, I kissed the side of my daughter's cheek.
I said, "Only two songs left."
"Good," Lyndsey chuckled, "because I'm ready to go home."
"I'm ready, too," I intimated, "but I hope you ain't tired since you and I have a late night."
"Niall, not in front of Lacey!" Lyndsey exclaimed, blushing.
I gave Lyndsey a cheeky look before kissing her on the cheek and sprinting back onto the stage before she could retort.
