"Todoroki, are you okay?" Momo asked concerned, her face scrunched. She gently shook him with her hands. His body was as stiff as a board.
The hybrid froze on the spot, his eyes blank with him zoning out, seemingly unconscious. Yaoyorozu panicked in her mind before quickly deducing the situation.
Hit him over the head? That would hurt him.
Shake him? He could get majorly startled and punch someone out of sheer nervousness.
What should I do?
Yaoyorozu quickly thought to herself that using her Quirk to make water to splash on him. Sure, he would be mad, but him zoning out was freaking her out.
Little bits of pink and blue circles formed around her skin, her Quirk activating. The brunette grabbing the water glass and throwing it on his face.
Todoroki jumped back, his face soaked with water and water droplets running down the bangs in front of his hair. "What the fuck?" He brushed off his hair, water splattering on the floor. Shoto breathed heavily and ruffled his hair, shaking more of the droplets out of her hair.
"You were zoning out! What else was I supposed to do?" Yaoyorozu shouted, letting the glass slip out of her hands, shattering it into a million pieces. Todoroki jumped out of the way, avoiding the sharp shards of the glass.
The class glanced at them, becoming quiet. The brunette flushed at the sudden shift of attention and regained her posture. "Sorry." She simply said, sitting down in her chair. Yaoyorozu closed her eyes and took a deep breath, breathing out slowly.
God, that was embarrassing. I hope Todoroki isn't that mad about me pouring water on him... Momo thought to herself, resting the edge of her finger on the bottom of her lip.
Shoto tore his gaze away from Momo's face and looked down at his hands, his thumbs moving in an uncertain pattern.
It was something that Todoroki would never understand. Just simply changing her mood after getting into an argument with someone. If it was him, he would just keep shouting at the idiot that started the fight. It would've most likely been Bakugo who started the spat.
But unfortunately, that little part of him enjoyed that Yaoyorozu was composed and calm. Shoto clicked his tongue and slumped down onto his seat, folding his arms and fuming angrily.
"Okay..." Urakaka said, breaking the uncomfortable silence. The students slowly started up the conversation again, talking and chatting, occasionally talking about Todoroki's blow up directed towards Yaoyorozu.
The hybrid couldn't help but think that maybe the reason he was lashing out recently was because there was a slight part of him... that likes the brunette.

Yaoyorozu sighed and placed her lunch tray on the table. Urakaka noticed her down behavior and nudged Tsu.
"Troubles?" Tsu asked, taking a small bite of her burger. She picked up a fry and quickly stuffed it in her mouth.
"I guess." The brunette said, sitting down next to the green-haired girl. She nervously grinded her teeth together, making a strange noise that disturbed people around her.
The table next to them turned around and glared at the brunette, who was paying no attention to them. Momo looked up and immediately stopped moving her teeth.
Tsu tipped her head to the side to get a better look at Momo's facial expression. "It's about the blow up with Todoroki, right? Ribbit." She said.
"Jeez. You're just a little instigator." Momo scoffed quietly, dipping her fry in her ketchup. She took a small bite of the French fry and exhaled.
"It's obvious, Yaoyorozu." Urakaka chimed in. "Todoroki has some anger problems when people anger him. He's quick to lash out, but normally, he's calm around you."
The cheerful girl pulled the tomatoes from her hamburger and set them to the side. "She's right. Lately, he's been really upset." Ashido said, lightly brushing her pink hair behind her ear. "Like yesterday, when he got mad at me for accidentally bumping into him."
"Or on Wednesday when he shouted at me for letting Tsu escape during the capture activity." Jirou chimed in, shuddering slightly.
"Or on Tuesday when he froze me for scraping his leg when we were practicing our ultimate moves." Hakagure said, waving her invisible hand in the air.
Yaoyorozu contemplated that for a moment before sighing. "Guys, I'm not sure what's going on either? We just have to hope that it goes away."
"Hey! Why don't I use my earphone jacks to listen to what they're talking about now? Maybe then we'll get some clue of what's happening!" Jirou proposed, lifting her hands up in the air.
Momo slumped her head in her hand, clearly frustrated by this whole thing. "I guess. I just want to see what's wrong."
Jirou clapped excitedly and smashed her jacks into the floor, being able to hear what the boys of Class 1-A were saying. She heard slight murmurs before a loud enough was emitted.
"You like her?" She heard Bakugo shout.
She withdrew her plugs and covered her ears. "OW!" Jirou screamed, wincing at the sudden loud sound. She bit her lip, bunching her knees into her chest. Yaoyorozu jumped up to help her friend, sliding in the seat next to her.
"We all heard that. Todoroki likes someone."
