Chapter 10

"Yaoyorozu wants to meet me?" Todoroki asked, pulling a white shirt over his head. It was morning time. 

Normally Kaminari wouldn't be up this early, but Jirou had practically dragged him to the room and knocked on the door for him, forcing him to do the task. It was quite annoying, especially when Jirou had barged in loudly without knocking at all. 

Todoroki straightened his shirt and smoothed out the wrinkles. "Why?" He asked, tipping his head to the side and looking at him. 

Kaminari shook at his gaze. It wasn't that his stare was intimidating, its just that Todoroki gave off 'that' vibe. "Yeah. She wants to meet at the cherry blossom tree after school. Don't talk to her about it." The blonde said, pressing and finger against his lips to make the 'shush' motion. 

"Ah. What should I wear then, if she doesn't want to talk about it?" The hybrid asked, grabbing a jacket out of his closet and shrugging it onto his shoulders. 

Kaminari scratched the back of his neck, whipped out his phone and put a finger in the air. "Lemme see." He said. 

Jamming-Way: what is todoroki supposed to wear? sos

J I R O U: idk i literally just asked momo

J I R O U: lemme think

Jamming-Way: well hurry tf up

Jamming-Way: todoroki might get sus

J I R O U: you say 'sus' then 'sos' idk what you mean

J I R O U: but tell him to wear casual stuff

J I R O U: if we tell him fancy stuff then he might get suspicious

Jamming-Way: literally what 'sus' means

J I R O U: oh so a shortened version because you can't spell

Jamming-Way: whatever. ill tell todoroki

J I R O U: kay momo's going to the surprise date we have to set it up rn

"J- I mean, Yao-momo said to wear casual clothes." Kaminari said, tucking his phone in his pockets. "So you don't have to wear anything fancy."

Todoroki bit in inside of his tongue. "Okay. That's good. I didn't want to dress up anyways." He said, combing his fingers through his hair. His hair had a tendency to get messy in the morning, the colors mixing together. It was a tad annoying, but it was something that he had to do if he didn't want it bothering him throughout the whole day.

"Huh? At the cherry blossom tree? Hm. What should I wear?" Momo asked, peering at her reflection in the mirror and tying her hair up in a ponytail. 

Jirou leaned against the wall and crossed her arms. "Casual clothes. He said to meet after school. But don't talk to him about it because he wants the whole thing to be a 'surprise'." She said, putting quotes around 'surprise'.

"That's a bit strange. Are you sure?" The brunette asked, a bit of suspicion in her voice. Jirou could hear the suspicion and shivered. 

If Momo somehow found out about their plan then she would just deny that she liked him. The plan would probably fail if she had any suspicions about it. 

"Yeah, I'm sure." The girl said, nodding at her. "He wants to talk to you about something."

Momo straightened her back and finished tying off her tie. "Okay then. I'll just do my hair then." She said, brushing off her skirt. "I wonder what he has to tell me."
