(Do I recognize him?)

No, he's too far away, I don't know yet.

Teresa was on a playground, and she saw a boy with wavy black hair hanging above his eyes in handsome cute locks before her. They were messy, and his eyes were a beautiful brown.

Caleb!

Teresa saw herself playing with him. She was conscious, and yet she wasn't in some ways. Her head was mildly disconnected from the world around her. Playing with him seemed to be the most important thing in the world at the moment.

"CN! Come!" he beckoned.

Teresa willingly obliged and followed him to another part of the garden in cute, small steps. The two of them joined some more people. Teresa saw a house standing beside her. She hadn't paid much attention to it until then. It looked faintly familiar. However, her focus was not the house, but the people. A warmth filled her chest for no apparent reason.

"Hey there boy!" a man exclaimed. He had a gruff voice, but it wasn't evil in any way. Teresa found herself giggling at the sight.

She recognized him as she ran closer towards the (daddy??) man, and he took her up in his arms. He was the same person from her earlier dreams who looked too real to be false. She touched the bald patch in the centre of his head and flicked it gently. She looked at his freckled face lovingly. Teresa was happy. She felt happy to be where she was and completely satisfied. She turned her head to see a woman. The woman. The same one who screamed at her to run.

"Momma," she softly whispered.

Her attention soon shifted towards the camera standing aright. What were they going to do with it? She kept wondering but couldn't seem to put a head to it. The answer was right before her, but she couldn't reach it at all.

"We are going to take a picture with uncle today!" the woman explained with a smile.

Teresa nodded while Caleb shouted 'YAY UNCLE!' She was curious to see who this uncle was, but she felt like she already knew. There was no need to be curious about her uncle. He was the closest relative they had anyways. Of course, she knew him! Yet Teresa's consciousness couldn't conjure up a picture of the uncle she seemed to know so well.

"On three, smile at the camera. Okay? I'll set you down now" the man holding her spoke.

"Yes daddy," her voice had grown slightly distant.

She was waking up.

NO NO NO. I have to know who he is. Please.

Teresa stood on the ground quietly and watched a man working on the camera.

"Daniel uncle!" she suddenly screamed to someone else.

A young man with the same freckles as her father's chuckled and picked her up. He had the broadest shoulders she had ever set eyes upon. His black hair fell till his shoulders, and he had the same grey-blue eyes as Teresa. Teresa felt a mind-numbing connection with the man that was so strong, her heart ached. She wanted to scrutinize him more, but he turned her head towards the camera, and she smiled unknowingly.

"Take a nice picture Zack!" he cheered.

The man tending to the camera turned, and Teresa's head swivelled madly.

She saw a very familiar man put his thumbs up and grin widely. He had short-trimmed black hair and a protruding stomach. Teresa's heart thudded loudly.

One.

Two.

Three.
