"They're gonna kill each other"
"You said they were made for each-"
"Shit on that! They're going to rain blood here"
Karen and Ben silently and nervously watched Teresa and Seth continue to wrestle and fight each other. It had been past one hour since they were doing that. Jordan had left long ago, and it was just the four of them remaining in there.
Teresa was on top of Seth, who was facing her on the ground. She pinned Seth's hands with her knees and placed her hands on her hips victoriously.
"So it's fine if you cry but you are losing against a trained person," she announced.
Seth, wet with sweat, was breathing heavily and his chest went up and down synchronizing with his breathing.
"Not...... yet," he grunted.
He lifted his waist suddenly and harshly, causing Teresa to fall on top of him. She was lucky she had quick reflexes. She placed her palms on either side of his shoulders to stop herself from crashing into her face. Her knees slipped from over his arms. Now she was practically in s knee push-up position with a certain Seth Clemont under her.
Despite that, she heaved a sigh of relief.
Oh my God, I almost fell boob-first on his face.
"Did you just hip thrust me?," she gritted her teeth, with an accusatory tone.
"Maybe I did," he smirked.
Teresa was about to get up back again, but Seth locked his legs about her waist with a jerk, and she almost toppled over him again. This time she managed to stay up by her elbows. A look of annoyance crept to her face.
"What do y-"
She stopped midway. Seth was close. So close that she could see the pores on his nose. She might have gotten lost into his eyes had she not been too eager to see the imperfections on his face.
There weren't any.
He had a lemony scent to him up close. His breathing was still heavy.
"Say I win," he whispered, the smile evident on his face.
"How about NO"
His leg lock tightened, and it was all she could do to not fall on him. Teresa felt something lightly brush against her butt and managed to keep a straight face when she realized what that thing was. She discovered his hands on either side of her waist, and they squeezed her waist slowly as if to emphasize his point. It hurt.
When did he even free his arms?
She eyed down without moving her head to take a look at the position.
Ugh, we're touching in places.
"Say it," Seth glared.
Teresa glared at him into his eyes.
For Seth, it was the first time some girl had overpowered him. In fact, he didn't know why his body was reacting this way. There was something very wrong with his actions. His heartbeat was faster, and his stomach also felt queasy. Even his breathing had become uneasy. He was turned on.
Stupid stupid. I'm just exhausted.
(Are you though?)
Teresa licked her lips and bit hard on it. Seth inhaled sharply at that.
"You win," she admitted with a clenched jaw.
Seth pushed her afar and breathed in relief. His insides let out a tension he didn't know he held.
Gosh, what the hell just happened? he mentally cursed.
He got up to find Karen and Ben staring at them in mild anxiety and amusement. Him, most likely.
"What?"
"You both-," Karen began.
"AHAHAHA! Nothing. We gotta go!" Ben excused themselves and dragged a struggling Karen by her ponytails.
Seth just stared after them in confusion. He had barely returned to his business when Teresa slapped 50 bucks into his palm.
"Here," she said.
"I won the bet at the end," he grinned as he recalled the bet.
"I'll agree that I fell first in training today but remember the day I make you fall I will need those 50 bucks back," She seethed as she disappeared through the tunnels she came from.
Oh, sure we'll see.
Just then, the alarms started blaring. They turned red and screamed shrilly as Seth covered his ears to block out the noise. He grappled to find his way out and pressed the elevator's button, which was on the far side of the room. It had been camouflaged in a way that no outsider would know about its existence.
Seth tried to make sense of the situation as he waited for the elevator. The alarms blaring red and loud like this meant only one thing. Someone had sounded the alarm, and that wasn't a good sign. Cause it meant they were under attack. From a mafia gang or worse, the police.
The elevator doors opened with a soft ding!
This'll prove your worth Teresa, he thought as he stepped into the elevator.
