Today is finally the day when I will train as a tsuguko, I will train flame breathing under a hashira, a great hashira to be exact.

Honestly I did not think this day will come, even if Rengoku san.... sensei already accepted me as his apprentice.

As I have arrived at the promised place, I heard a familiar cheerful voice.

"𝐎𝐡𝐡𝐡! 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐤𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐢!" I waved my hand as I saw him leaning in a wisteria tree.

"𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐳𝐮𝐤𝐨!" He said loudly.

Rengoku sensei acts a little different from yesterday, he is pretty cheerful today.

"𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐨𝐫𝐢." He said as he handed me a haori that looks exactly like his, just a little smaller to fit my size.

"𝐈𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐤𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐢?"

"𝐍𝐨, 𝐈 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐨𝐫𝐢, 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥... 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐨𝐫𝐢?" He said as he laugh.

I grabbed the haori and wore it, unequipping my favorite light pink haori that is a replicate of my old one.

"𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭!?"

"𝐘𝐞...𝐲𝐞𝐬! 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞... 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭." I said, eyes on the ground as I play with my hair.

He soon explained on how to release/use the breathing word by word, as he demonstrates.

Rengoku sensei is actually good at teaching, I heard he does not have any apprentice before, I wonder why.

"𝐎𝐤𝐚𝐲! 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠!" He said as he handed me a wooden sword.

"𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬, 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩!" He said as he backs up a little and went on his fighting position.

I soon get on my fighting position, as I hold my katana infront of me using both of my hands.
