Rhodey stood looking at the hologram of Secretary Ross. "Still no word from Vision?" Ross asked. Rhodey sighed "Satellites lost him somewhere over Edinburgh,". A stone cold expression appeared on the Secretary's face "Well you better fined him fast he's on a stolen Quinjet with five of the worlds most wanted criminals,".

"You know they are only criminals because you chose to call them that, right Sir?" Rhodey snapped at the man "If it weren't for those Accords Vision would've been right here,".

"I'm pretty sure I remember your signature on those papers Colonel,".

"That's right and I'm pretty sure I paid for that," Rhodey said bitterly before looking down at his leg braces. 

"For one I think they look pretty cool," A females voice spoke out into the room. Rhodey looked up to see Aurora, Wanda, Nat, Sam, Steve and Vision standing there. Sam and Steve were both on each side of Vision supporting him.

"Secretary Ross," Steve nodded at the hologram. Ross frowned angrily "You've got some nerve showing up here Rogers-

Before he could finish Aurora marched over and turned off the hologram "Yeah yeah i've heard it all before,". Rhodey looked at the group and smiled "It's great to see you guys, you all really look like crap," He looked at Aurora and gave her a small smile.

"Yeah well the hotels weren't exactly five star," Sam joked. "And neither was the sofas and dumpsters," Aurora chimed in. The group all gave her a strange look. "Yeah I took dumpster diving to a new level."

"Well I think you look great,"

Natasha whipped her head round to see Bruce Banner standing there wearing ragged clothing. "Yeah I'm back," he laughed awkwardly.

"Hi Bruce," Nat replied.

"Hi Nat,".

Sam leaned over to Aurora "Well this is awkward,". 

Aurora walked towards the stairs and motioned for Wanda to follow her. "Where are we going Rory?" Wanda asked trailing behind slightly "My old room we need to talk,".

Aurora opened the door to her old room and walked in. She turned around to face Wanda "Hi."

"Hi Aurora."

Aurora sighed and looked at the girl "Wanda what happened in Edinburgh?".

Wanda looked down at the floor avoiding Auroras gaze "We were attacked by those alien creatures they just appeared out of no where and stabbed Vis."

"You do realize that you could have died Wanda, you could have been killed. Luckily enough I got there in time but if I had been any later Wanda you and Vision would both be bleeding out in that train station!" Aurora snapped taking Wanda back by surprise. 

"If T'Challa and Bucky hadn't told me sooner then I wouldn't have been there! You and Vision were told to keep it on the low and not be seen Wanda, what were you thinking!" Aurora furrowed her brows.

"I'm sorry Aurora we really thought we were being safe and I was just excited to see you next week I wasn't thinking it won't happen again I promise," Wanda looked up at Aurora noticing the anger in her eyes.

Aurora sighed and pulled her into a hug kissing her forehead "It's not me you need to apologize to, it's Vision and Steve."

"I've missed you Rory."

"I've missed you too."

"So we assume they are coming back right?" Rhodey asked the group.  

"And they can clearly find us," Nat said while sitting down on the sofa next to Bruce. She still felt pretty awkward around the man but hoped they could rekindle their doomed romance.

Bruce looked at Nat giving her a strange expression that she didn't seem to notice "We need all hands on deck, Where's Clint?"

"After the whole Accords thing he and Scott took a deal it was too tough on their families so they are on house arrest." Nat answered the man.

"Who's Scott?" Bruce asked the group.

"Ant man" Steve answered helping Vision into a seat by the kitchen island.

"So there's an Ant man and a Spider man? Okay look Thanos has the biggest army in the universe. And he's not going to stop until he gets Visions stone," Bruce motioned to the red android.

"Well then we protect it," Natasha said looking at Vision worriedly .

"No, we have to destroy it. I've been giving a good deal of thought to this entity in my head, about its nature. But also, its composition. I think if it were exposed to a sufficiently powerful energy source, something, very similar to its own signature, perhaps... its molecular integrity could fail," Vision said to the group trying to sound heroic.

Wanda and Aurora walked back into the kitchen both their hairs messier than before and Wanda looking quite flustered. "And that means you with it we are not having this conversation," Wanda said angrily at Vision. Nat gave the girls a knowing wink and Wanda blushed fiercely her cheeks going crimson.

"Eliminating the stone is the only way to be sure Thanos doesn't get it," Aurora said quite liking the idea. Wanda elbowed Aurora in the stomach "That's too high a price," she frowned at Aurora.

Vision looked at Wanda lovingly "Only you have the power to pay it- "WHAT THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN!" Aurora interrupted the robot looking at him angrily and muttered something under her breath about it being Vision instead of Tony next time.

"As I was saying" Vision paused and looked at Aurora "Thanos threatens half the universe one life cannot stand in the way of defeating him.

Steve sighed sadly "But it should" he looked up at Vision "We don't trade lives Vision." Vision got up and walked towards Steve "Captain 70 years ago you laid down your life to save millions of people tell me why is this any different?"

Steve takes a breath and begun to speak but is interrupted by Bruce "Because you might have a choice. Your mind is made up of a complex construct of overlays. J.A.R.V.I.S., Ultron, Tony, me, the Stone. All of them mixed together. All of them learning from one another."

"Your saying Vision isn't just the stone?" Wanda asked taking a step forward intrigued.

"I'm saying that if we take out the stone there is still a whole lot of Vision left. Perhaps the best parts."

Nat's jaw dropped open "Can we do that?"

Bruce shook his head "Not me not here we need somewhere where the technology is more advanced." 

Rhodey spoke up from his seat on the sofa "You guys better find someone and somewhere fast, Ross isn't exactly going to let you guys have your old rooms back,". Wanda whispered into Aurora's ear "Too late for that," Aurora smiled at her smugly before exchanging a glance with Steve.

"I know a place,".
