The next day Max walked in to see david on the phone and Gwen was brewing coffee

"Mom who is he calling?" He asked the woman "and can I have some" he pointed to the machine

"1 hes calling the adoption agency so we can adopt you and 2 sure your seem like you need it" she said turning to our him a cup when she was done she slid him a light blue cup with a dark blue trim and handle

"What am I going to be forced in to today?"

"Its Saturday Max, you can do whatever you'd like"

"Alright thank you ill come by in a couple of days to get the paperwork sorted out" david finished the conversation "thank you ill see you soon, yup bye"

"So its a yes all we have to do is finish the paperwork"

"Yup and his little man will be our son" he ruffled Max's hair

"Dad is know your married to a woman but 2 things 1, that was gay as hell and 2 do that again and I'll murder you"

"Out of love~" david teased

"What no, with a knife" Max made a stabbing gesture

"Max stop that" Gwen warned "how about you finish cleaning out your tent if your moving into the cabin, David and I will help clean the office stuff or of there so the rooms all yours because you'll be coming back here for years"

"Ok, ill get to that and waste a perfectly good Saturday"

"I know I know, but please max if its not being used we have to pack it up so it doesn't get ruined" David warned

"Ok dad ill do it, but can I have a box to hold my stuff?"

"Ok"

When max got to the tent the other kids saw what he was doing and got confused

"Uh hey max what are you doing?" Nikki asked while Neil followed

"Im moving into the councilors cabin with my parents"

"Your calling them mom and dad now? really?"Neil also asked

"That's so cool" nikki shouted

"So will you get like special treatment or something?" Neil asked

"No I don't think so" he said picking up the box "hey nikki can you grab that case?"

"Yea, what is it" she asked

"Its a Violin now be careful with it"

"Ok where did you get it"

"My elementary music teacher gave me her's"

"Wow!"

When the group walked into the cabin the 2 freaked out they had never been inside the cabin before they didn't know it was this nice

"Hey guys," david waked at the group

"Hey dad" he said walking into his room setting some things down

"What's that thing Nikki has?"

"A violin"

"Where did you get that?"

"School"

"Ok then"

"Where's mom?"

"Mess hall"

"OK OK im lost, you and Gwen arent together why is Max calling you 2 mom and dad only one can adopt him if the 2 arent together" Neil freaked out
