chapter 38: TRAP!!!

~ two days later ~

Nina had Kanyu with her in her backpack as the young girl ran towards the stables, Tao didn't really come to sleep with her as he might've had a bit of a romance again with Rosie. Nina laughed at her own thought as she met up with Ally and Tori. It was after riding lessons that they met up and went to the forest. Everything was much calmer then before as Nina and Ally rode on Felix as Ally finally got to ride on Chan, though still a bit worried about his leg.

Though, it quickly started to get energetic as Felix and Channie started randomly chasing eachother as the humans held on to the backs of their hair. "There's a tunnel that leads to the waterfall, the tribe people won't be able to see us easily that way!" Chan declared excitedly. "Wait, Chris are sure- WOOOOOOOAAAHHH!!!!" Tori yelled as Chan quickly sped up passed Felix as his beaded necklace slightly jingled before he led the younger horse and human girls into the tunnel.

They both slowly came to a walk as the girls hopped down, even though Tori was a tiny bit dizzy from the racing ride. The waterfall was right behind them, like a curtain as it hid them from the village's sight. "Your way fast, I thought you were sick!" said Ally. "Well I mean we get better pretty fast, so it doesn't take long." Chan replied as he then changed to human form and the bandage was still on his leg.

Felix changed into human form too as the five peeked through the falls to see the village from afar and a bit up. Some pakari women were carrying their children and others carrying fruits in giant baskets, others were young children who were playing and swimming in the giant pool of water right beneath them. "C'mon, this way!" said Felix as started climbing around the rocky tunnel before reaching the end as they soon reached a slide, seeing Tao at the bottom as him and Rosie were holding hands while having a date.

They were smiling at eachother as the five younger friends slid down the highly surprisingly smooth slide as the couple screamed as the five tumbled down on top of them. "Chan, Christopher, Crispy. Love you, glad that you got better . . . . . . . . . . . . . BUT GET YOUR HORSEY JACKASS OFF OF MY OWN!!!" Tao yelled while flopping his tail around, still holding Rosie's hand as she almost pushed Nina off of her back before the younger girl pushed herself off.

There was then a whimper that came from her backpack. "Kanyu?" "Yeah, it's Kanyu." Nina answered. Kanyu whimpered as Nina picked her up as she then heard random bickering before it stopped. "Let's just not do that again. Oh right, don't you guys have to get ready for the anthems?" "Why do you think we slid down here?" Felix asked with a grin. "True." Rosie added. Tori then looked at Rosè and Tao were holding hands as the couple then started blushing. "SHIP!!!" They all said in sync as Rosè was caught off guard while Tao loudly and nervously laughed.

The pakari boys then started teasing them about their date before it slowly died down before the group walked off to the village and plaza. It was all a normal day as Seungkwan was in a tree, this didn't look good at all! Afternoon soon came as the girls watched the pakari practice for the games that just around the corner. "Does the leaf gliding have me act as a rope again?" Tao asked. "NO!" everyone else answered. "Plus, we use actual ropes for the game." Hyunjin said as Tao sighed.

"It's more like a race, but you do you." Jeong-in said as he passed by with a giant leaf in his hands. Changbin started laughing it off as he couldn't control himself. "What?" "Ever since this one turned nineteen, he started like a 'bad boy', yet he comes back for cuddles later at night!" Changbin at night. Jeong-in neighed in response in a more harsh tone as he badly wanted to chase that boy.

The building was soon done as Seungmin tied the last knot. "Boys vs girls?" Chan asked as Tao was about to calmly protest aganist him until Rosie smirked. "Jagiya, why are you smirking like that?" he asked. "YOU ABOUTA GO DOWN BABY!!!" "OH, YOUR ON HUN!!!"
