~Matthew~
Today was actually perfect. The breeze wasn't blowing, there wasn't even a cloud in the sky. The sun hit my back perfectly, warming it up. It gave me goosebumps just the way it felt. The feeling was nice.
I wore one of my long tank tops today, since I never got to in school. Stupid code..
I sat on the sidewalk in front of my house, waiting for Dylan to get his butt over here so we could hang out. He probably had to walk because his parents are always working 24/7. They didn't care about what he did when he was grounded (is what Dylan said, they never were around.), except for watching TV and playing video games.
My mom was vacuuming, the vacuum was too loud for her to even notice that I snuck out. To be honest, I have no idea what I was doing sitting in the front yard in plain sight. The moment she had time she would come yell at me, "Get your ass inside!"
Nothing came. I smirked to myself. I locked my room so she would think I was in there sleeping when I leave.
Dylan strode down the walk towards me. He wore his Neff beanie like he always did, and his black sweatshirt. His khaki shorts sagged just a tiny bit, held up by a belt. Then he was wearing flip flops. What an outfit. I stood up, and once he reached me we sprinted down the street.
Dylan started laughing historically. Once we reached the next block we both came to a stop and I panted. He laughed.
"What's so funny?" I asked curiously.
He put his hands on his knees, "Why we running?"
"I didn't want Mom--"
"You run like a-- a uh, what's it called..?" He belly laughed.
I shook my head, confused as ever, "Do you think I know?"
"Wounded gazelle." Dylan kept laughing. It was like he couldn't stop. I was pretty surprised that he didn't pass out then and there.
"As I was saying," I snap, "I was running from the house so my Ma would see us."
"Am I a bad influence?"
"No--" I rolled my eyes and face palmed, sighing, "Dip-sh*t, you're not the only one grounded! Remember? I got suspended?"
"Oh.." He said, dumbfounded.
"Mexicans." I said under my breath. Apparently he heard since he chuckled.

~Jordon~Art. I wasn't really into it. Probably because I could hardly even draw a stick figure. To me, the class was free time, no matter what you did the teacher would always give you an A.
The outside taunted me. I wanted to go outside so bad. It was a beautiful day, so all I could possibly do was stare out the window and day dream.
About playing guitar and singing.
It may sound retarded, but it was something that I've always wanted to do. I could sing, but not as well as others. I can play guitar, but it's not like I was a total rock star at it. Maybe there was a chance that I could get there.
I snapped out of it. Matty was on the other side of the window, pressing his face against the window. Dylan stood beside him, looking around as if nothing was happening. I chuckled, giving them a wave. Making sure the teacher doesn't find out.
"Can I use the restroom?" I raise my hand up high, and the teacher nods with a smile. I look at the guys, mouthing, "go to the door."
They usually locked the doors from the outside so no one could possibly get in with a gun or something. They had to use the doors that were by the office in order to get in.
I ran down the hall, passing classes and peering into them. Aron waved at me in a miraculous manner, so I gave a small wave back. I got to the doors, and they were waiting on the other side.
I opened it, slipped a shoe off and put it in the door so it wouldn't lock me out as I went out to talk to them. Matt sat in the shade while Dylan dug around in his pockets and walked in circles.
"What are you guys doing?" I ask, and they shrug.
"Getting away from our prison." Matthew said with a giant grin on his face.
"Prison?"
"We're grounded. 'Cause he's expelled and I'm-- you get it, right?" Matty looked up at me.
I nodded, then sat next to him. Dylan joined us after a minute or two, and we looked passed the courtyard, looking at the city.
"The city looks so pretty."
Matthew blew a raspberry, "Surprisingly."
"Do you wanna burn it with me?" Dylan chuckled, making us all smile.
