****Nathan's POV****

"This is so beautiful." Rosalie said as I carried her to the table in center ice.

"This is all for you."

"And it smells so good in here from all those roses."

I put her down on one of the chairs and I sat down on the other side.

"So for dinner tonight I had The Keg come and cater for us."

"Oh my god my favorite."

I signaled the waiter to skate out.

"Welcome to Center Ice. What can I get you two lovely people tonight?" the waiter said and it was P.K.

"Oh my god P.K. you're out waiter!" Rosalie laughed

"Hey don't make fun of me or I might just spit in your food." he teased.

"Sorry P.K. thank you so much for being our waiter tonight." she apologized.

"We'll have a order of baked brie and two iceberg wedges to start." I ordered.

'And for your entree?" P.K. asked.

"I'll have the teriyaki sirloin, Rosie?"

"And I will have the fliet mignon." she told him.

"The starters and salads will be out shortly. In the meantime what would you like to drink?" P.K. asked.

"We'll have a bottle of Chateau Lafite Rothschild." Rosalie said.

"I'll be right back with that." P.K. said and skated away.

"I still can't believe that you did this for me." Rosalie sat in awe.

"It's because you're worth it. I will do anything for you." I said and she blushed.

"Thank you so much Nathan. I love you." Rosalie said.

"I love you too." I said and leaned across the table to kiss her.

"How are you going to top off other dates?" Rosalie laughed.

"I'll come up with something." I smiled.

"Also I want to thank you for the dresses, shoes, and purse." she said.

"You're very welcome. I'm glad you picked that dress."

"Why?"

"Because I picked it out."

"Really? You picked this out?" She giggled.

"What! Do you doubt my fashion taste?" I asked sarcastically in shock.

"A little." she laughed.

"Do tell."

"Well some of you're suits could be better."

"You should come with me next time I go suit shopping."

"I will."

Our drinks were delivered to us by Max this time not P.K.

"Here is your wine. Enjoy." Max said and poured us each a glass.

"That is some really good wine." I said.

"I know a thing or two about wine." Rosalie said.

"I'm glad you ordered it."

A few minutes later our salads and baked Brie came out served by Galchenyuk, De la Rose, and Thomas.

"Thank you so much guys." Rosalie smiled.

"No problem enjoy." Christian said.

"Wow this brie is so good." I said.

"Hey it's not polite to talk with a full mouth!" Rosalie scolded.

"Look who's talking Rosie." I said.

Whenever I called her Rosie she would smile and blush.

After we were finished with our starters our meals were brought out immediately afterwards by Prust and Plekanec.

"Have fun tonight kids, but not too much fun. If you know what I mean." Prust skated away laughing.

"Geez thanks Brandon."

Rosalie sat there blushing.

When they skated off I saw Plekanec whack Brandon on the head.

"Haha did you see that?" Rosalie asked.

"Yeah he deserved it." I said.

*~*

We finished all of our food.

"So what now?" She asked.

"I was thinking a little skating." I said pulling out her skates from under the table.

"I though those were in my car?" She said.

"Gally helped."

"Oh did he now."

"Yeah he helped with most of this actually."

"I'll have to thank him later. Now for some skating."

"Here I'll help you put your skates on." I said.

"I know how to do them myself you know?"

"I want you to feel like a princess tonight."

"Thanks Nathan." She said and kissed me.

I laced her skates and then put mine on. Before we got on the ice I had some guys clear away the roses on the ice and put them into vases.

"Ready?" I asked and grabbed her hand.

"Yep."

"So funny story." I said while skating.

"What is?" She asked.

"Well you know that trainer I was flirting with." I said dreading the topic.

"Yeah." Rosalie said looking down at her skates.

"Well turns out she was just trying to get close to me so that she could get Gallagher." I laughed.

"That's explains a lot."

*~*

After about two hours of skating and talking it was time to surprise Rosalie.

"I have something for you." I said handing her a box that I wrapped.

"You didn't have to get me anything more. This is already too much." Rosalie said.

"Well I'm sure you'll love this gift." I said.

She ripped open the wrapping and opened the box.

"Nathan what is this?" She asked in shock and she pulled out a McGill jersey with, "Eller" written on the back with the number 15.

"Weaver got me the number of the head coach for McGill's team. I showed him the videos from today's evaluation. He couldn't believe how good you were for your first time back on the ice."

"Wait I thought that the head coach for the women's team was a girl?" She said and looked confused.

"I called her first, but gave me the number for the head coach of the men's team. She said that you were too good for the women's team. Rosie, you're going to be playing on the men's team." I hugged her.

"Oh my god this is amazing." She said and started to cry.

"Oh please don't cry Rosie."

"These are happy tears. I never thought I could make it back to that level. Thank you so much, Nathan." She smiled and kissed me.

"You are very welcome. But it was all you, I just made the call."

Nothing made me happier than to see her be happy again.
