++++Rosalie's POV++++

***Time Skip to July***

It is the beginning of July so right now everyone is done with hockey until training camp. Lars, Julie, and Sophia moved back to Denmark for the summer. The most unexpected things have happened during this offseason. Lars was traded to the Washington Capitals, P.K. was traded to Nashville, and we got Andrew Shaw. The coming 2016-2017 season and life in Montreal is going to be so different. I'm just thankful that Nathan hasn't been traded. Lars' trade tore me up and to think if Nathan were to be traded would just break me. I'm not going to see Lars, Julie, or Sophia that much. I loved being near them because I know I could always count on them.

This morning Nathan woke me up at 4 am and decided to surprise me with boxes of things. Inside one box he gave me a bikini, then in another one sunglasses, the next tanning oil, in the last box was a small eucalyptus plant.

"Nathan what the hell are all these things for?" I asked.

"Just guess." he said.

"Are we going on vacation?" I asked.

"Yep but just guess where." Nathan said holding up a plushie koala.

"No way Australia!" I jumped into Nathan's arms and he spun me around.

"I know it's been on your places to visit list for a while so I thought that our first big vacation together would be to there." Nathan said.

"This is going to be so amazing! Thank you so much!" I squealed with excitement.

"We leave at 6:30 pm tonight." he told me.

"What?! You expect me to have packed that quickly?!" I was happy that we were going, but literally had no time to pack.

"Why do you think I woke you up at 4am?" he said.

"Let's get started!" I said running to my closet.

After packing till the last minute we rushed over to the airport to catch our flight to Vancouver. From there we would have a layover then hop on the plane at 11:45 pm for a 15 hour flight. The flight to Vancouver was about 5 hours almost 6 with the delays that we had.

"Finally ground." Nathan said walking off the plane.

"Come one it wasn't that bad." I laughed at him.

"You didn't have the kid kicking your seat behind you." he pointed out.

"True."

"And that turbulence was terrible." Nathan said.

"It only hit like three times the whole time." I told him.

"Yeah but you weren't in the bathroom when the worst time hit." he snapped.

"To be honest when the turbulence hit that time I couldn't help but laugh because I knew you were in the bathroom." I cracked up.

"Not funny." Nathan huffed in frustration.

"Come on let's go get something to eat. We've got about an hour till our next flight." I grabbed his hand and pulled him in the direction of the food court.

"Fineee."
