The last two days were not much that you can do. First, Riko bullied the fuck out of everyone with work outs as she explained at the end of the day that there will be a training camp at the beginning and end of summer, just for the Winter Cup. The following day, Riko held a meeting for her cooking test, which you didn't attend because you weren't going to risk another injury. Knowing Riko, she probably put a whole protein jar in the meal.
Although, you are injured indeed, but you didn't hesitate to agree on going to the training camp with the rest. Don't worry, you will not be doing anything but watching. It's just a sight training, is what you like to call it.

There was an awkward silence in the car. Riko wanted to give you a ride, and picked you up from your house. But her dad has been sending you glares and weird threatened glances towards your way throughout the ride. "Papa, is right here." "Yes, honey!" The man cue, putting his car on park for her daughter and you to hop off. "Right on time. Everyone's here, right?" Riko smiled wide at the sight of everyone, making you bump onto to her for stopping right outside the door, "Ah, sorry L/n-Kun." The girl helped you out of the car and now her father scuffed, "So Riko. It's okay if I leave this over there, right?" "Yeah, thanks daddy." "Do your best, brats"
"G-Gook work!"
"Ah, but..."
Riko's father pulled his sunglasses downwards, enough to show us his intimidating face, "If you lay a hand on my daughter...I'll kill you." "Yes!" And there he drove of, leaving everyone shitting their pants. "Don't just stand there! Let's go! L/n, take your time." Giving your coach a small nod, you cradled behind her, "Where are we going?" "huh? Well, to the gym...we won't be able to use it until evening!" Riko grew an irk at the males being annoying, "Eh? So what about this afternoon?" "We're going to the beach!"
To the beach!!
You sat on the pavement with an umbrella hovering over you as you stared unbothered at the males failing at all their attempts of doing their techniques on the sand court. It was a great view to see, and an amazing plan for physical therapy. You looked at your crutches and groan, 'Stupid knee...' Riko requested you to stay on the concrete due to your crutches might dig themselves inside the sand, and making you struggle to walk beyond. It made sense, and you weren't going to be getting angry for a dumb support "floor".
"Alright, let's go!" Your gaze snapped out of earth and looked up at Kuroko and Kagami groaning in front of you, "You lucky bastard...you don't get to do this..." "I guess." Kuroko didn't say anything, but silently worried for you while sweating and huffing for air.
"We're moving!!"
"Basketball shoes are amazing!!"
"I feel like I could move like normally right now!"
The boys ran with their light feet like nothing in the hard floor of the basketball court. You saw how everyone were shock and such while practicing. "So the real goal behind the practice in that sandy beach was to improve their muscles strength. If they keep going back and forth from the beach to the gym everyday then everyone's movement will improve...Not bad, Coach." Riko's face didn't show any emotions, and still continued to stared at the court, "I knew you'd be the first to understand my plan..." She finally spoke, making you look up at her since you're sitting and she's standing. "Kagami, you can dunk like you normally can now!" Snapping your head to look back at the court, Kagami jumped higher than he use to, but the ball wasn't near the ring in resulting a false point. "Or was your timing just wrong?"
"Riko, can I ask you a favor for Kagami?" Riko looked at you with a questionable look, "What do you have in mind?" "I've figured out a training for Kagami..." Riko stared at you in a shock state, 'Already!?'
