Nothing seems to be going fun for you. Your unamused eyes landed on Wakamatsu figure that overpower Teppei which earned a rebound from the enemy. Wakamatsu passed the ball to Sakurai that scored a three pointer. Now, the moment you've been waiting for has finally begin. A show based of one on one battle between Kagami and Aomine. "Coach, I have a plan." Riko raised an eyebrow, "What is it?" You can feel energy rushing all over your body, it was excitement that was taking over. "I know how Kagami can stop Aomine." Riko widened her eyes, "You do? How?" "This might sound awful, but...I know that Aomine will be getting underneath Kagami's skin. Knowing Kagami he will try his best to not let him, but what if you let him stay on the court even if he's angry and desperate?" Riko glared at you, "M/n...you're awful, but...I'll let it happen." You didn't show it, but if you were, people would be horrified at the sight of your evil master plan. You plan to make Kagami forcefully open the doors in order to enter the zone. You gave a training list to his mentor back in America that required the level in order to do so. It was your plan from the very beginning. It felt amazing at how far you've come.

Both Kagami and Aomine now had a battle of stare, you can see how tense the red hair male was feeling as he passes the ball to Izuki. The ball falls out of bound, which Riko called a time out.

"Ya~Good job passing the ball back, Kagami." Koganei smiled sweetly. "It would have ended as a joke if you had lost back there." Izuki sighed, "But still, what're we going to do? It doesn't change the fact that we're stuck in a pretty tough battlefield." Teppei looked at Izuki, "We can't recklessly launch Kuroko's pass too much toll on his body. Moreover, it's dangerous to fire it repeatedly against Aomine." The group was quiet. Riko gave you a glance and you send it to Hyuuga, who now groan and rubbed the back of his head. "Then I guess I'll just make one from the outside. Izuki, give me a pass." "Eh."

The ball ends up on the hands of Hyuuga, with Sakurai marking your captain. Hyuuga takes a step back with a jump and scores the shot, leaving Sakurai shocked. The rest of the match continues with Hyuuga and Sakurai making three pointers, in result, the first quarter ended with a tie of 22-22.

You ignore the huddle of your team and looked at the court the whole time. Kagami slapped your back and sat with you, which was far from the huddle. "What's up with you?" You sighed and leaned back to your chair, "Nothing, just replaying my memories of the game. Why do you ask?" Kagami frown, "Just wondering...hey." "Hm?" Kagami and you now looked at each other. One pair of emotionless orbs coming in contact with a determined ones. "How do I win against him?" Your eyes lit up a little, "Do you remember my training methods?" Kagami nodded, "Do that."

You felt bad for lying to Kagami. You knew your methods won't work if Kagami is the one using them. You silently stared at the game in which Aomine figure out Kuroko and his technique. You couldn't help but to feel excitement. Don't get yourself wrong, you're routing for your team, of course. Although, seeing Kagami make his way to stress and hope was giving you more confidence. The tiger was close to your goal you've set for him. That goal was the one you've been waiting for him to enter. Is as if, you were going to open the doors for him, or lead him to it. You can feel energy rushing which cause goosebumps to form on your arms.

Snapping out of your thoughts, Riko called for a time out. Riko scolded Kuroko for his childish actions and told him that he will be switched out. And now, everyone looked at you. Riko had a face that wrote out like she was begging. You felt bad, you can help them easily, but you want to see Kagami outshined Aomine, you want to see the monster you've created. God, what have you become. But now that you think about it, Kuroko's switch out causes Kagami more anger, in short words, Kagami will definitely...
