Ryan didn't let go of Mackenzie until they were with the rest of their family. "What's going on?" Aster asked them when they all arrived home. "Ryan's a jerk, that's what going on," Mackenzie said blandly, her arms crossed over her chest as she huffed. "Yeah I agree with Kenz on this, Ryan you really didn't have to act like that," said Kasen.

"Like what?" Aster questioned, "like an ass! He told my friends to stay away from me and physically grabbed me and pulled me away from them, yelling at me. He's an ass dad you should have never let him back in the house." Mackenzie stated. "Those damn Pogues are turning you into a real brat and I'm the only one who sees it!"

"Only because you were fucking one!" the red-haired daughter snapped back at him, "so are you!" Ryan scoffed, "no I'm not!" the eldest Henderson scoffed again. "Was I really the only one that heard what they said?" he spoke sickly. "Oh, so you're gonna be some stupid Kooks over your sister! Especially Rafe, are you kidding? You know damn well what he did to me and you're just gonna believe him instead? That's fucking bullshit, Ryan!" Mackenzie shouted, feeling a sting on her cheek. "Ryan Aster Henderson! You do not hit your sister!" her father said loudly.

Mackenzie only slapped him back, harder than he hit her. "Fuck you asshole! Leave me the fuck alone!" she shouted at him, storming off to her bedroom. "Kenzie, Kenzie come back!" Aster called after her. "Mackenzie!"

As she sat down on her bed, fighting back tears, there was a knock on her balcony door. She turned around hoping it was JJ, but it was Kiara instead. Letting the girl in she broke down. Her best friend held her in a hug as she began to cry. "Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" Kiara wondered, Mackenzie only shook her head. "Just emotionally. J-just being around Rafe..." her breathing picked up just then, Kiara trying to help her relax.

Another sound came from the balcony, both girls turning to see JJ. "We need to talk, Zie." he sighed, running a hand through his blonde hair. Kiara stayed close to the other girl as JJ stepped inside the bedroom, opening his mouth to start speaking. "Is it true? What Rafe said?" the blonde asked her. "Look I... I'm not mad at you or-or anything I just need to know. Is it true? Did you lie to me?"

"No, it's not true J, I promise it's not," Mackenzie spoke in a shaky voice. "Then how did he know? That spot on your hip? If you're not lying about me being your first time how does he know about that? Look I promise I'm not mad I just need to know if... Zie please."

"I promise you JJ it's not true, please just believe me it's not true." the redhead said, "I really want to believe you, but if it's not true then how did he know? I should have been the only one who's ever seen that. How does Rafe know about it?" JJ's eyes were filled with pain as he looked at the girl he loved so dearly. "JJ it's not true I promise," Kiara added.

The blonde looked toward the dark-haired girl then back to Mackenzie, seeing the sadness and pain in her own eyes and brought her into his chest. "It's okay, alright? You're okay. They didn't hurt you right?" he whispered, "I'm okay, J I promise." Mackenzie sighed against his chest as he continued to hold her.

In the morning, Mackenzie did her best to avoid her family as she left the house. Especially Ryan, if she had to interact with him, she'd probably slap him again. So she slipped out of the house and made her way to Heyward's Seafood where she knew her friends would be.

Mackenzie met up with Kiara along the way, the dark-haired girl heading to Heyward's from Figure Eight herself. The two girls just talked about basic things, taking their minds off the events of the past 24 hours.

"I'm just saying... Chris is obviously the better Hemsworth. Thor is legendary, a literal god. And Chris is so funny!" Mackenzie said, drawing a laugh from Kiara. "That is true but you have to admit, he isn't the best Chris. Evans takes that title." the dark-haired girl added, "oh easily. Chris Evans is the best hands down."
