27. I Am The Court

Yoongi pov.

"Are you sure we can believe him?"

Jimin asked me in an suspicious tone. Ofcoure the things that heard from Taehyung was unexpected. He wasn't ready to spill the truth before. But when i go to visit him, he told me everything. He was crying. He seems to be guilty too.

" I think he is saying truth. Because it make sense now. From the start of the investigation i have a feeling like he is not the real culprit. Also his mother's visit did something to him too. So.... I think we can move for a retrial."

Jimin looked at me and then at Jungkook who was sitting on the couch holding their engagement photo.

We are now in his house. He moved here even though we tried best to make him live with us.

I moved towards him. I sat down beside him.

" Do you remember this day Yoongi? The day when i proposed him in front of his family...."

I looked at him. He was smiling at the photo with tears in his eyes.

"I was hella nervous that day. I still remember how many times i come back to you after dropping that idea because i was scared. But you told me it was the best gift i can give him right? Yes it was...."

Tears flown out of his eyes to the picture frame.

" He was so happy that day"He said wiping the tears on the picture frame.

I patted his shoulder. I heard sniffles from Jimin's side too. He turned around not wanting to show his emotion.

"Jungkook...." He looked at me.

He sobbed and cried.

"H-he...... P-promi.. sed m.. e he won't... leave..me... He.... He.
.... "

I hugged him tightly. I can't control my tears too.. Jimin also came beside us and sat beside Jungkook.

"Don't.... cry.... kook... It breaks.... Jin... He will..... be watching........ us from above..... So please.... stop crying." Jimin says cryingly.

Jungkook nodded and pulled out from my hug. He wiped his eyes and nose.
His face was reddened and puffed due to crying.

After sometime he became normal but was still hugging the photo frame.

"Kook, i think we have to go for a retrial now. Taehyung's statement will be helpful in this. We have to find the actual culprits." Kook looked at me

He didn't speak. He then looked at the picture frame and nodded negatively.

"What?... But why?" I asked him. He don't want to find them. That can't be true. He was after them when i was hospitalized. Then what changes his mind now.

"I am not going for a retrial.... . I don't believe in the law anymore..... I will be the court for this judgement..... I will be the Judge... I will decide there sentence......I will give each of them who hurts my Jin..... , a  painful death.."

He tightened the grip on the photo frame. He is fuming due to anger.

" kook... No..... Don't be stupid..... Its not in our hand... We will deal it legally... Think about your parents,.... Jin.... They won't be...... happy if you do something..... like this. No... We can even ask your father for help...... He sure will help us to deal this in legal way with his influences. So... Please Jungkook stop thinking about this... . "

He chuckled.

" Didn't i tell you how they reacted when i ask them to remove the dealings with KJ group?..... They said i am framing things without any evidence and i am not in right mind.. They even arranged a psychiatrist for me........ They already moved on yoongi..... Even my mom too... She cared for Jin more than me... But....... No one.... No one hear my words... So i don't think you will get my father's help in this matter. He is a buissiness man..For him everything is buissiness.... Family is after that for him.... "He said me..

" But....

"I am with Kook in this matter Yoongi... Your law can't punish them... See how they framed someone else for this crime.. They will do even more for their safety... They even tried to kill you.... But did your force get to capture them? ... No they can't be punished by law.... As he said we will be the court and law for them. "Jimin told me confusing me. Why are they like this?

" Jimin... You didn't even think about the consequences. Whatif yo-

"I am not compelling me to be my side Yoongi. If you want you can join me otherwise don't. I don't change my decision whatever happens . If you are against me, don't try to stop me... I will surrender myself to you after i am done with those bastards....." He sat up from the couch and go upstairs.

I look at Jimin. He too moved to the kitchen without letting me explain about the consequences.

I am all alone in the living room now.

I can't take a decision now. I hav eto stop them. I pressed my palm on the head.

I  then lean back the couch and look to the side.

To the place where Jin was laying covered in blood.

That day i came here to collect Kookie's birthday gift for his surprise. He called me that night saying that Kook ditched their date because of his work. But when i came here i witnessed with Jin's lifeless body........

All of that felt like yesterday.

I sighed

Maybe kook is right.

The law cannot punish them.
