After Suna was taken to the hospital, doctors rushed and checked the baby inside him, they contacted Osamu after the test they did and they said this is an emergency, Osamu leave immediately after he receive the call even he was in the middle of a conversation.

" What happened?! " Worriedly ask by Osamu rushing forward to the doctor.

" please calm down." The Doctor said tapping his shoulder.

" Tell me what happened..."

" This is too difficult for Mr. Suna, he lost a lot of blood he was physically and sexually abused, for a pregnant Omega its too much for him, the baby is already 2 months old but its hard for him also..."

" The baby will not survive " The Alpha got chills when those words was released from the doctor.

Hours later Osamu was sitting on the bench eyes on the floor, his eyes doesn't even have a glimpse of light, Atsumu came rushing to him and Sakusa walking at the back.

He shakes his head denying him but Atsumu approach him and grab his hand.

" Talk to my brother for me, Please? " Sakusa made a face that he wanted to deny but 10% of chance that he would agree. " I'll do anything! I'll buy you lunch or sanitizer, anything! " Atsumu continued.

" Fine." Atsumu brighten his eyes when he agreed, Sakusa can see the flowers on his back and that huge smile on his face, he feels like he's gonna regret it.

Sakusa left Atsumu and he approached Osamu, he sat down beside him, he swollow his salvia, taking a glance at Atsumu who was cheering for him, he would give a face that will say " Fuck, I wanna go home. "

" Did he begged you to talk to me? " Said Osamu.

" Yeah " Sakusa said resting his back and looking up to the ceiling.

" I'm Fine. "

" No, and your brother also know that. " Said Sakusa who still staring at the ceiling. " Stop Acting tough, and control your Pheromones, you know the Doctor can't talk to you when your like that."

" Are you here to scold me or comfort me? "

" Both? Both. "

" Bet Atsumu offered something to make you do this."

" Yeah he said he'll do anything, he really loves you."

" Yeah but he's dumb. " Osamu said glancing at his twin standing.

" Oh yeah I made you hear it. " He rolled his eyes.

The Doctor suddenly come out taking all of their attention to him and made the two alpha stand up, he approached Osamu quickly.

" How was he? " The first thing he asked.

" The operation was successful, he is resting right now but..."

" But...? What?"

" Suna Rintaro, He can't have another Baby. "
