Chapter 5

Yve's POV

Kailangan makabalik kami within half a month dahil kung hindi maaaring hindi ko na maabutang humihinga ang tanging pag-asa ko para mahanap ang kakambal ko. He's the only one who can bring me to her.

"Magandang gabi." Bati sa akin ng babaeng mukhang receptionist ng inn na ito. We are currently in the country named Askan under Satie Empire. Dalawang araw simula ng umalis kami sa maliit na village na iyon nakarating kami sa lugar na ito. We took the shortcut dahil hanggat maari gusto ko agad makabalik within 2 weeks. 

Dumaan kami sa black forest kahit sinabi ni Latil na delikado dito. He reminded us not to cross that forest for our own safety but if we don't, it will take 5 days before we arrive in this place and I won't waste time.

" I don't know what kind of place you came from but you should know that black forest is one of the very dangerous places in this world. There are monsters and magical creatures lurking in that place only the skilled adventurers can cross that area."

"Even if you're eager to heal grandpa you must not move recklessly."

I don't know why he said that but we didn't meet any monsters on our way here. We only saw some insects that aren't that strong enough for Aya.

"How much for two rooms?" I coldly asked. Medyo nagulat pa ito ng tumingin sa akin pero agad ding napalitan ng ngiti. A fake one.

"1 gold for two rooms." Kinuha ko agad ang pambayad sa spatial ring. Almost all of my assets from earth were transferred in this ring ,hence, all my cash on hand and those that were stored and invested are here in this ring. I don't know how much things it can hold but it's pretty handy. 

Inabot ko na ito sa kanya pero ng tingnan ko ang ekspresyon ng mukha nito ay parang gulat na gulat. Ganito ba talaga ang mga tao dito? 

"My lady, this inn doesn't look that expensive 1 gold would be too much." Aya said behind me. Kakabalik palang nito dahil sya ang pinaayos ko ng masisilungan ng kabayong gamit namin. She's right, this inn isn't worthy of one gold but I don't have any bronze or silver here for payment and that would be a waste of time to wait for the change.

Gold, silver , and bronze are the ones that are considered money here. Obviously gold ang pinakamahal 1 gold is equal to 25 silver and 1 silver is equal to 10 bronze. One room for this inn might only worth of one silver.

" It doesn't matter, Aya...

As I thought, greedy people live even in different world."

Aya's POV

"We will depart tomorrow at dawn. You should rest now." My lady said then pumasok na ito sa silid. Magkatabi lang ang room naming dalawa. 

I'm amazed of how can Ms. Yve know that this place is really an inn. Houses here all look the same. They were all made up of bricks, simple unlike in my previous world. I can't also read the sign dahil mukhang ibang lenggwahe ang gamit dito but my lady can. I don't know how but there's nothing impossible if it's about her.

I wonder what will happen next to our journey to the Satie Capital but I hope it would make my lady happy.

After all, it's been a while since we did some exercise.
