Due to Harry being knowledgeable to the point school was unnecessary, having an established relationship with Tom, and a steady connection of allies, Harry decided it was time to remake old friends. Harry's first target? The devil twins. He fucking loved those two, they were his family, the best brothers you could ask for. Unlike their backstabbing siblings, they loved him too and always took care of him. Of course, getting close to them wasn't all that hard, not when he was deemed 'prongslet' by his fathers.

He was walking down a hallway during a free period with Draco by his side when he abruptly and quite loudly stated, "Hey Dray, Moony and Padfoot wrote me a letter yesterday." Harry made sure to really push the names out. Draco looked at him weirdly but gave a curt nod of understanding as Harry nudged his heads towards the twins who were passing by. Harry had mentioned his devil brothers to Draco in a long night chat, though Draco was a bit miffed that they were Weasleys. He observed in his peripheral vision that both twins perked up with widened eyes; Harry could've sworn he could see tails wagging. The two turned to each other and seemed to whisper something before looking back at him, but they turned away again. The two did not approach him much to Harry's disappointment, but he knew there would be other ways to talk to them. Turning the corner, Harry shadowed him and Draco from the hall to the chamber.

Harry shadowed them into the entrance hall rather than the chamber, but not in Tom's room because Draco was with him. Entering, the two peaked around to see where he was. They were quite surprised to see Tom in the dueling room using one of the spare wands. Harry noted that they needed to track down his real wand, though Tom's magic was doing well with this one. Harry felt his heart speed watching Tom twist and turn with grace. His eyes shined with motivation with a face of deep concentration. Spells of all kinds were shot at the dummies while none aimed at him came in contact. Tom eventually stopped spewing spells and was panting before he turned around. Seeing the two of them watching, he looked down with a slight blush, not expecting their company. Harry barely noticed the embarrassment, too impressed.

"Tom! That was amazing! I can't believe you recovered so quickly!" Harry exclaimed, running up to him and embracing the taller boy. Their goal was for Tom to duel diligently as an indication to recovery. Tom became more flustered but nonetheless hugged him back.

"Thanks, Har," Tom mumbled into the embrace. Draco coughed a bit after they made no desire to move for a good minute. The two finally broke apart but with Tom still flustered and Harry grinning madly. Draco looked back and forth between the two. They seemed a bit... close? I mean he knew they were close but not like that... he decided to disregard it momentarily.

"Harry's right, Tom, you are such a good dueler," Draco complimented, admiration in his eyes. Tom gave a grin.

"Thanks, Draco, it's quite disconcerting being in a weakened state," Tom replied smiling.

The three of them talked for a long while about the spells used, Tom and Harry inching closer as the conversation went. That is, until Harry turned directly to Tom and spoke telepathically.

'Tom?' he sent to him. Tom looked up at him startled but didn't outwardly show it. He recognized the voice of course, but that was unexpected as if an echoing speaker were installed into his head. Hesitantly, Tom thought back.

'Harry? Is that you?' he asked cautiously. He felt an internal nod, which was quite a strange sensation.

'Yeah, it is. I was thinking if we should tell Draco?' he thought towards him. Draco currently was looking at the two in bemusement, what was happening? The two were just staring at each other intently. Tom decided to ask how he was doing it later.

'Go ahead, Darling, I don't mind.' Tom told him. Harry blushed slightly at the term of endearment. He turned to Draco who was staring at them in confusion.
