TIMESKIP

Harry woke up with more anticipation than ever in his two lives. It was today. He'd be going 'home' to Hogwarts. He jumped out of bed and sprinted down the stairs. He met Sirius and Remus downstairs who were grinning at his excitement. The whole breakfast went by in a flash as Harry practically inhaled his food with hasty replies to small talk. As soon as his plate emptied, he ran back upstairs to get dressed. He put some of his best robes on and finished packing his trunk. Since Harry's trunk was also his wardrobe, potions stash, weapons box, and library, there wasn't much to pack. Glancing around his room, he strolled over to his nightstand where his last items lay. Gently, he picked up his three photo albums and put them in a secret compartment of his trunk. Next, he grabbed Tenebris and had him wrap around his wrist while ushering Hedwig into her cage. With everything packed and ready, he bolted downstairs. He saw Sirius and Remus waiting for him, arms out with a smile. Grinning, he held both their hands before they apparated to Kings Cross.

Harry felt a sense of Deja vu being here. This Kings Cross however wasn't blindly white and sparkly clean, rather filled to the brim with people chatting animatedly. He and his fathers located platforms 9 and 10 which was relatively easy. They ran through the wall and Harry was faced with the gorgeous scarlet red and black train he saw so many times. He looked at his fathers who were giving him a smile, though a bit sad. Harry gave them a big hug.

"Thank you Siri, Remy. I love you guys," he told them into their chests.

"Oh, we love you too pup, we'll miss you at home," Remus replied.

"You better write or I'm sending you a howler!" Sirius informed him, which Harry hastily nodded to.

"I will! Bye dads! See you over the holidays!" Harry yelled over his shoulder as he grabbed his stuff and ran to the train. With one last look at his family, he smiled and went inside. He headed to the different compartment hoping to avoid Weasley. Putting his stuff up on the rack, he sat down by the window and cracked open a book on Rare Potion ingredients. He was enjoying his reading when a certain Ronald Weasley entered his compartment. He internally sighed, there goes his wish.

"Can I sit here? Everywhere else is full," he asked nervously. Harry's eye twitched but nevertheless nodded, not wanting to cause a scene. While Ron sat down with an expectant expression, Harry was in deep thought.

'Everywhere else is full? He said that last time and I'm in a different compartment!' he thought. He then gave a small sigh. 'Dumbledore again I suppose. He has always got to be in my personal life doesn't he,' he mused to himself.

"I'm Ron by the way, Ron Weasley," Ron informed him. Harry honestly wanted to strangle him. He didn't care if he worked with Dumbledore or not; he would never like Ron for using him the way he did.

"Harry." He replied coldly and went back to his book. Ron seemed startled by his cold response, but nevertheless pressed to continue the conversation.

"Harry mate, so what are you reading?" Ron asked. Harry gritted his teeth, already annoyed by the term of endearment.

"Potions." Was his short reply.

"WHAT?! Potions is stupid! Why'd you want to read that crap?! It is boring!" Ron whined, before realizing his mistake. Harry gave him a dark look, not wanting to deal with this shit longer. He grabbed his things and stormed out of the compartment, Ron yelling for him to come back. Not in the mood, Harry headed to the back of the train and found an EMPTY compartment that Ron claimed there were none of. He sat down with a sigh and continued his book in silence. At least he was until another annoyance came in. Granger. N.A. Ron is referred to as Ron because there are a lot of Weasleys. "Have you seen a toad, a boy named Neville lost one," she asked in a borderline condescending tone. Harry was getting more irritated by the minute, why won't they just leave him alone?!
