TIMESKIP

It was currently time for the winter holidays. This also meant he'd receive his cloak, see his fathers, and soon execute his plan with the stone. Harry had painstakingly waited for this, suffering through lectures he practically memorized and the irritating Gryffindors babbling. Draco and he became brothers in all but blood, his popularity in Slytherin House rivalled none, and Snape was a lot warmer to him. It was time to go through the hardest part of the holidays: gift shopping. Harry decided to send Kreacher a list rather than sneaking about, though Kreacher still hated him. He considered releasing the elf but decided he had his uses. He took out a piece of parchment and pondered on what to buy everyone. Crabbe and Goyle would want food obviously, Pansy would enjoy makeup, and Blaise would probably enjoy a book. He decided to give Sirius and Remus a two-way mirror like the one Sirius once gave him. That way they could communicate on a regular basis. Now for Draco... He wanted to give him a special gift. Draco was quite different from the first time; he was humble, polite, and treated others well. However, he still loved the quality things in life. Harry thinks he did rather good, turning Draco into a proper pureblood rather than a spoiled brat. He settled on a protective piece of jewelry. He decided to get a gift for Snape too. He had found some parsel-journals by Salazar Slytherin in a shop earlier that year. He would translate it and give it to him, seeing as many of them were forgotten potion recipes. He considered getting Tom a gift but decided against it to not raise suspicion. And so, that's how Kreacher sent two giant boxes of exquisite chocolate, a deluxe everlasting makeup set, a limited-edition book set on rare spells and potions, two perfectly sculped mirrors, and a gorgeous necklace. The mirrors were specially made; having a floral carved gold rim with fire rubies encrusted (specially made for Gryffindors). The necklace he self-designed for Draco had a silver chain with a pendant of two snakes intertwined holding an emerald which had runes carved in. The runes warned a person of danger and all control or compulsion magic were ineffective. The necklace was by far the most expensive thing yet, costing 450 galleons. He decided to wrap all the gifts in green velvet with silver ribbon, courtesy of the prince of Slytherin. He ordered Kreacher to deliver them on Yule day and proceeded to plan for Voldemort.

Harry knew that even with the stone, there was a high chance he'd return without sanity, especially with so many horcruxes. He also knew that Voldemort would never comply to the whim of Harry Potter. So, what was his solution? Kidnap Voldy, knock him out, and throw him into his own ritual of course! Harry along with Death's help design a ritual. The planning took a couple hours, dozens of papers, many versions of plans, and a lot of effort. The problem with Soul magic was the act of splitting one's soul has dire consequences, placed by Magic herself. Normally, these effects were irreversible, however, Harry had Death Magic and access to many resources. The plan was to knock Quirrell/Voldemort out using a Death magic spell. It essentially put a person into a preserved state, no heartbeat or breathing but still alive. He'd sneak in using shadowing and take him to Grimmauld Place which happens to have a ritual chamber. Once there, he'd perform the ritual that he'd preset up. The ritual wasn't complex, but required immense power and purest of intentions. One false move could botch up the entire outcome. Anything with Soul and Death magic used together was like walking on a tightrope. He just hoped it would work.

TIMESKIP

Harry was currently on the platform with his Slytherin friends to greet his parents. With his shrunken luggage, Hedwig heading home on her own and Tenebris around his wrist, he hurried over to his fathers and hugged them both tightly. Harry could feel the onlookers staring but he couldn't care less.

"Dads! I missed you!" he exclaimed, beaming brightly. Sirius and Remus smiled at him. Sirius ruffled his hair.

"Missed you too pup, how's it going?" Sirius asked, laughing as Harry huffed and fixed his hair. The three of them bickered a bit when Draco made it over with his father and mother. Harry felt his fathers tense a bit, but Harry ignored them and faced the incoming family.

"Harry! This is my family, father, mother, this is Harry Potter-Black-Peverell," Draco introduced, not noticing the tension with a bright smile. Harry grinned at his friend before kneeling and kissing Narcissa's hand then offering a hand to Lucius.

"Pleasure to meet you Lord Malfoy, as Draco said, I'm Harry Potter-Black-Peverell, lord of the most noble and ancient houses of Potter, Black and Peverell," Harry introduced himsel. Lucius shook his hand firmly, eyes shining with curiosity and condescending. The later irritated him, he would so have fun with him later (without harm as he cared about Draco).

"Likewise, Lord Potter-Black-Peverell. I must say, Draco's letters quite surprised me, not only with Boy Who Lived in Slytherin but being friends with them and being the lord of three houses." Lucius then gazed at his fathers as if they were below him. "Black, Lupin," he greeted coldly. They both stiffly nodded back. Yep, Harry was more irritated, but he wouldn't let it show.

"You'll find I'm nothing like the press claims," Harry chuckled out, diffusing the tension. "And I'm sure we'll be meeting more often," Harry informed him. Harry looked over to Draco. "Have a good holiday Draco," he told him with a genuine smile, Draco grinned and nodded back. Harry walked past the family with his fathers in tow but not before having a little fun. "Oh, and lord Malfoy, your master will be calling soon, just a bit of warning. I do hope you are still loyal." And using his horcrux which he figured out still registered as the Dark lord, he sent a jolt at the Dark Mark. He nearly laughed as Lucius turned pale and stiffly nodded, hand subtly clutching his arm. Harry then grabbed onto his fathers and they apparated. Once there, they all burst into laughter.

"Oh merlin, did you see Malfoy's face?! It was priceless!" gushed Sirius once they settled.

"Yeah, he looked paler than his already pale skin!" Harry chuckled out.

"So, Harry, you're going to be resurrecting him soon right?" Remus questioned. Harry nodded.

"Yeah, I'm planning to on yule eve. Seeing as I can shadow into the castle, it shouldn't be a problem." Harry told them. Remus nodded thoughtfully.

"Hey pup, will we be housing him?" Sirius asked, curious. Harry sheepishly nodded.

"Only for the break, then I'm planning on bringing him to live in the Chamber of Secrets." Harry said. Sirius nodded.

After that was settled, Harry started unpacking in his room and going to the ritual room. He entered the dark empty space. Ritual rooms were always bare to avoid accidents; this one was no different. The room was dim with bare grey walls. On the floor were circles pre-drawn for use, and a set of cauldrons and rune tools in a cabinet. Not wasting time, he grabbed some powder from the cabinet and spread it across the inner and outer circles. In the middle of the circle, he placed a small golden bowl. The bowl had runes carved into it, its use only for blood. He then drew an outline for a body (for dear old Quirrell), and two circles for the locket horcrux and the stone He hand-drew some runes on the outside, each carefully drawn in. It took a solid hour to get all the rune sequences written, surrounding the outer circle. Next to the bowl, he set down two vials. One was phoenix ash, the other was liquid Dementor soul, curtesy of Death. He went through the drawers and placed a small ritual dagger in the middle as well. The dagger was simple, being completely silver with a blood red tip. Finally, he casted a stasis charm over the entire ritual area and got up. Once that was settled, he left the room, leaving the door closed. Yule's eve was in three days. Harry could feel the anticipation climb up his skin. He couldn't wait. Harry noted that he was a bit overly excited to meet the man who killed his parents, but he couldn't help it. Harry planned on grabbing the stone early in the morning, then capturing Quirrell right after. The plan seemed simple enough, so he wasn't worried. Harry couldn't wait to see Lucius's face when he is summoned, that'll be priceless! Harry just hoped that sane Voldemort would get along with his Dads, otherwise there was truly a problem on their hands.
