𝗬𝗼𝘂: a normal person who suddenly found an abandoned "puppy" on the street
It was raining so I had to rush back home. Suddenly something caught my eye. I heard whimpering noises at the back alley so I decided to check it out. (Apparently, I have a soft heart when it comes to animal's whimpering noises)
I walked to the back alley and saw a puppy inside a cardboard box. I gasped and immediately went to checked the puppy. It's shivering so much and it couldn't even open its eyes.
I looked around to check if the mother is here so I just carried the box back home.
Because I spent some time carrying the box back home, I caught a cold when I reach home.
I grabbed the puppy to the bathroom and bathed it with warm water. "Please nothing happens to you... " I whispered.
I blow dried the puppy and it slowly opened its eyes. I smiled when I see it starting to move again. I sighed in relief and dried the puppy completely before making a temporary bed for it with pillows and towels.
The puppy settled on the pillows and rested there. I smiled as I look at it slowly fall asleep so I went and showered after that.
After getting out of the shower, I felt colder even though I took a hot shower. I took a final look at the puppy before going back to sleep. Glad I did something to save a poor puppy.
