Roxy's PoV

I sit silently on the floor under the TV by the window my eyes trained on the scenery outside, watching the orange fade to dark blue.

"Don’t do that," I hear Jacob groan.

Bella sits up uncomfortable a crunching echoing in my ears, "What?"

Jacob scoffs softly, "Smile like I'm your favourite person in the world."

I roll my eyes.

"You’re one of them," Bella smiles, "It feels complete when you’re here, Jake."

I sense bile rising up her espohogus, instantly I'm by her side. Bella squeezing my hand tightly as I hold a bowl in front of her face.

"It's alright Bella, let it out," I reassure, biting my lip when Bella shakes her head resting back into my side.

Esme sighs taking the bowl from me, "We need to find a way to get some food into her system."

Alice places her hand on Esme's shoulder, "If I could only see the fetus-"

"-Baby-" Rose whispers.

"-Maybe I could figure out what it wants," Alice frowns.

I think about what I read the other day in that book, Edward's eyes catching mine.

"Why didn't you say anything?" Edward stands up advancing towards me.

I narrow my eyes at him, "Because I've got a theory not a solution."

Carlisle places a hand on Edward's chest turning to me, "What did you find?"

"I read a passage expressing that male vampires function exactly like humans except in order to function the venom based fluid in their body they require......blood," I mumble avoiding everyone's gaze.

"Blood," Jacob scoffs in disgust.

"Exactly," I shrug, Bella looking up at me.

"What's your theory?" Bella asks.

"Well, it's a bit sadistic and I can't deny I'm not craving it....," I sigh, ".....But it could help you."

Bella scrunches up her eyebrows, "You mean..."

I nod.
