Chapter 5: Could It Be A Dream Come True?

  Over the first two weeks, I felt of rainbows in my heart. I felt warmth of happiness! Everything was fine, everything was crystal perfect.

As perfect as watching an anime and having a good ending that you want. The perfection of having your grades well.

I wouldn't say friends, love and popularity is everything. But indeed, I felt so popular after the poppy incident and hanging out with so many friends made me smile. Honestly, what could go wrong at this point?

          "YOOOO! Avery!" Yuri came up to me with a hug. "Hey Yuri! What's up?" "The sky! I'm kidding. Haha, just wanna ask if you'd like to go like on a friend date with me and the rest of the photography gang gang you know what I'm saying?" Yuri casually brought me outside to the garden.

"Uhm... Sure! Just give me the details." I anxiously said. "YEAHHHH! That's the spirit, after school come to the club room. We'll tell you all about it." Yuri laughed it off.

I walked back inside to see a poster, of the school sleepover. It gave me chills, literal chills.

Imagine having to sleep on the hard floor tiles. Then I continued reading and realised that we'll be sleeping on mattresses. Thank god.

        "EEEEEK" The door creeked open with a ding sound as the bell shook.

"Hey! Avery, come on and sit down we have lots of good news and lots of snacks too hehe!" Haru whispered.

Yet again as I sat on the hammock, Haru decided to style my messy hair that looked like a cat threw up of a furball.  This time he styled a princesses kind of hairstyle for me while I was eating grapes.

Fit the moment."So Avery! This Saturday we're going to... Nuriki Street to have a small little friend date! There's like a really cute cafe there and it's cheap. It's my treat!" Naomi assured me. "So, it's like at 12:30pm. I'll pick you guys up at the front of the school!" Naomi said.

       Fast forward to Saturday, Haru appeared early to my house. "Hey girl! OH MY GOD. Are you wearing THAT to the date?? Jeez!" Haru gasped.

"What's wrong with what I'm wearing?" I looked down, I was wearing a plain t-shirt with black jeans.

"That's so 2015! Your lucky I brought some spare clothes. Well it was for my vomiting problems." Haru's face lit up bright red.

"Enough of me, go change!" He pushed me into the dressing room. I opened the bag, and it was heavenly.

It was some cotton vest which was quite silky, a short white button up shirt and a white plated skirt.

I was so surprised that anyone would give me such clothing to wear. I quickly and gently put on the clothes.

I checked myself out in the mirror admiring myself. "Girl we don't have all day!" Haru screamed.

I came out, and Haru was squealing. "AHHHHH! I KNEW MY FASHION SENSE WOULD PAY OFF!" Haru smiled in glee.

     We reached the front of the school, just in time. A shiny, polished black car, with a gold plate in front, gold and black tires with a opened roof honked and drove in front of us.

" Hop in yo! Come on! " Naomi waved to us.

        A few minutes later we arrived. There was a cute cherry blossom tree, it's petals swooshed as the wind gushed. ' 猫カフェ' that meant Cat Cafe.

I read it out as I was amazed by its exterior design it was decorated with pink, yellow, blue pastel LED light.

Not to mention some kind of fairy lights at the front too. The logo was a cute chubby cat holding their famous バブルテア! (boba tea)

Sugoku tanoshimi ni shiteiru! (I'm so looking forward to it!)

"Hey! What are we waiting for let's go in! I'm hungry." Haru tapped us on our shoulders.

"Ding ling ling ling!" The bell tied to the glass door shook as we pushed open the door. The bell had a cute cat design holding a bell! 可愛い!! (cute!)

           "いらっしゃいませ! (Welcome!) Will you be dining in or out?" A lady wearing a white collar, with a black suit and even a fake cat tail came up to us.

"Dining in please, 4 people." Haru said. "Okay! This way please." She led us up the colorful stairs.

We sat near some cats and posters. Along with a beautiful view. We order their boba teas, IT WAS DELICIOUS!

Especially the caramel flavoured one and the cookies and cream. Yuri left early so it was just Naomi, haru and me left.

We were chatting about Poppy as we saw her recent minkigram post. She literally got a whole new look! I can't believe in saying this but, she looks.. Pretty? Ugh I hate to say it but it's true.

She got a rebonding for her hair, her hair turned fluffy and long. With blonde highlights in her ginger brown hair. She got her braces removed and did her eyebrows. It already had gotten viral. I can't believe what's next..
