Nora stayed at Nari's house for a few days to hide from her father. Even though Nora was away from the palace, she feels very safe with Nari.
Nora helps out with the chores for Nari and she is observing if Nora is having any plans that might indicates of leaving the palace.
After ending the day, Nari asked Nora to have a sit at the living room. Nari feels that she needs to persuade Nora to go home.
"Nora, I got to tell you something. Do you want to go home?"
"I'm actually very scared of seeing the King, but I should really go home,"
"Yea, he must be very worried of you ever since you left,"
After the long talk, they went to bed early so Nari can send Nora home. However, Nora is thinking about how to face her father. She can't sleep for the whole night well because her father's strict rules disturbed her.
When Nora tried closing her eyes to sleep, she suddenly recalled to one of her nightmares. One time when Nora was a still a child, she went out from her room to see that the King was talking to a man. It was Lubert. He was talking something about girls.
"Yes. John, what do you ask me here for?"
"You see, Lubert. I got a good iea to share with you,"
The King and Lubert are talking about something, but when the King whispered something to Lubert, his face looks in shock while the King looks very satisfied: "Agree with the plan?"
"No, even if I like other girls I would not do this to my wife. Are you nuts?"
"It will be great. Even if its very simple, we can lie to the children saying that they die after they get pregnant. We kill them by using this,"
"Is that the deadliest poison in Nova?"
Yes, its the Lead. This will make the person die instantly when you add it into their meals. The survival chance is 10%,"
Lubert regrets agreeing what John has said to him. Just when Lubert is about to leave, the King called him:" You wanna do this for sexy ladies or the end of our relationship?"
"I beg you to not do anything to my wife and my child, they are precious to me,"
"Fine, pretend to be brothers in front of the children then,"
"You are a real devil," Lubert left and the King wants to give him a lesson. All of this was seen by Nora at a very young age.
End of recall, she turned around and without realizing, her warm tears are rolling out from her eyes. She has to face the harsh reality of losing her mother without seeing her one more time.
The next day, Nora woke up with baggy eyes because she missed her mother while she is sleeping. Nari was preparing breakfast to see Nora's baggy eyes.
"Did you cry last night?" asked Nari.
"Kind of, I missed mum,"
"Same too, but since the past is the past, I rarely think too much about her. Just hoping that she is fine in the other world,"
Soon after, they had breakfast together. "Nora, I dreamt of how my mum was fighting with the death last night. I can barely feel the pain,"
Nari continued: "I can only look at her struggle at the bed while she is slowly defeated by death,"
Nora instantly recalled back how she heard that her mother passed away without seeing her one last time. She is filled with sadness and this memory is resurfaced.
Nora still manages to come out from this dark memory, but what both of them didn't know the secret the King as hiding for so long.
After breakfast, Nora went into the room and took out a pen and a paper. She is writing something on that piece of paper. After that, Nora crumbled the paper and kept it to herself.
When Nari is prepared to send her out, Nora was prepared. It might take a whil to reach Nora's house, so they take a cab on their way. Once nora reached home, she thanked Nari for bringing her home. Then, Nora gave her a paper and said: "Something important in the paper. I'll start doing it tonight,"
Nora then went in the palace while leaving Nari very confused. "What is this paper about?" Soon, Nari opens the paper to see a bunch of random numbers in the paper.
