Chapter 22 The Day Has Come

The next day, Nora wakes up from her bed and is ready for her royal battle. She walked to her makeup table, took up her brush and tidied her hair. After this, she went into the bathroom to brush her teeth. Later on, she took out a white-collar shirt, her skirt, boots and most of all, her iconic red tie and her single headphone.

Once she is done, Nora opened the door and headed down. Today's breakfast is spaghetti meatballs, which is Fiona's idea. She said she wanted to have spaghetti today as a way to say good luck to the girls.

"Thanks, Fiona. This idea was good to boost up my energy," Nora sounds excited and headed to get herself some spaghetti.

Nari and Priscilla came down one after another to the kitchen for breakfast. At the dining table, Nesby asked everyone if they are ready for today's fight. Nari is the first one to answer.

"Absolutely ready!"

"Me too!" Priscilla followed along.

Only Nora didn't answer Nesby as she looked very worried. Nesby tried asking if Nora is worried about something.

"It wasn't a big deal, but how is my father going to look at me? He is going to ask a lot of questions about my trip of escaping,"

"Don't worry too much about that. Plus, you have two helpers with you,"

"Well, we'll see how things go,"

Finished their breakfast, the three of them stood together while Nari and Nora hold on to Priscilla's shoulder. She took out her bow, pulled the two small arcs and each side of the moon are spinning rapidly. Before the moons stop spinning, Priscilla said out the place she wants to go.

"To the palace!" After the command, the three of them starts to release a rainbow ray and soon disappeared.

"You think they are going to win the battle?" Fiona asked Nesby.

"I believe they can win this. They have the determination to win this. Plus, I have faith in them,"

Meanwhile, the girls successfully teleported outside of the palace. Nora hasn't seen her home for so long. She has almost forgotten how her house looks like. "This is my house?"

"Yea, you've forgotten how it looks like?" Nari said.

"It's been so long, and this palace changed a lot. I almost can't tell it is my house," Nora said. "Anyway, we will start the plan?"

Nari and Priscilla nodded and went to the bushes to hide, just like how they planned. Nora walked up to the front door, untie her necktie, crumbled her shirt and knocked on the door.

She is nervous after knocking on the door. Letting out a deep breath, her nervousness is all over her head. After a while, someone opened the door, and it was the King. "Ahh, Nora. Welcome back to Nova! How's everything on Earth?"

"Ugh, it was a disaster there. I was lucky I can steal a spaceship to come back here!" Nora is trying to say things that were opposite from her heart. She wanted to stay on Earth, and the reason she is here is because of Priscilla's teleporting bow.

"That was surprising. I didn't hear any exploding sounds just now. Let me take a look at it,"
"Woah dad, no need to go out. You don't trust your daughter this much? Maybe it exploded while you are...sleeping! Yea! Who knows?" Nora was persuading her father that everything is fine because Nari and Priscilla will get caught if he leaves a step from the house.

"You fooling me? I didn't hear any of those 'sounds' you say. I'm heading out to take a look," The King pushed Nora to the side while she is chasing up to her father.

He looked at both sides of the entrance and didn't see any spaceship. Realizing he was fooled, he quickly headed in but before he can get closer to Nora, Priscilla quickly aimed an electric bow onto the King's leg, causing his legs to be numb.

He fell on the ground and grabbed one of the corners of the bushes, which revealed Priscilla, who was hiding this whole time.

"You kid-"

Nari immediately shoots out her magic balls that hit the King's back.

"It's over now, John. Dare to fight back?"
