Yoko hardly did a thing. Sure, she kept a firm watch on Martha, but she spent most of her time watching TV and snacking on the biscuits George had left behind, an extremely rare event.
However, she was overprotective when she wanted to be.
Every time Martha would walk up to her, she'd ask a variety of questions.
"What do you want?"
"Are you hungry?"
"Do you need to go out? I've got to be with you if you do."
In reality, Martha was trying to go upstairs to hide. She hated Yoko and feared the worst, and she needed a little time to hide, but Yoko gave her none of that.
My sweet Martha knew what she could do to keep that witch out of her personal space. With all of her tactics to get to me, she's certainly gotten smarter. So much that she was able to lock Yoko out of Linda's room.
"You little piece of crap! How is a dog supposed to figure a complex lock out? I hate you, Martha."
She whimpered after she walked away. She wanted nothing more than to collect what I needed to prevent another near death situation.
But as she sat on Linda's bed, the thought of defeat ran through her head. She knew they've finally won. There was nothing she could do to return to her beloved owner. With Yoko as a security guard, could she really do anything? That woman could punish her to the moon and back. She already seemed like she was ready to.
"If you don't unlock this door, I'm telling Linda that you stole my biscuits and peed on the floor!"
Little did she know that Martha had already let herself go on Linda's bed, a sign of sadness and defiance towards her so called protector...
