The Last Fear Freezers

Chapter 8

Once we got home I went up to my room and locked my door. As I looked in the mirror I noticed that my hair was still whitefrom transforming. After showering my hair had gone back to normal and I found Nash in my room. His hair was still somewhat red.

"Try getting it wet! That usually draws out the color!," I gave Nash my advice as he looked over at me.

"So you're gonna act like Jester didn't happen?," Nash asked me in an accusing tone.

"I'm sorry! Does this have to do with me or the fact that you were crushing on Jester for some time?," I asked Nash as he looked away.

"This has to do with you! Not me!," Nash responded. As I walked over to my mirror and started combing my hair Nash looked at me surprised and threw his hands up in the air like he does when he's angry. We stayed quiet for a bit until I finished brushing my hair. Once I finished I grabbed Nash's arm and pulled him into his room. Once he was there I walked out and got my other siblings as well. Once everyone was in the room I shut the door and sat down.

"Ok! I give up! Let's listen to that stupid family meeting you guys wanted to have!," I cried in surrender as my siblings looked at me in surprise. Nash looked at my siblings and sighed.

"What do you want to do or should I ask, what do you want me to do?," he asked as I glared at him.

"Tell me what I did wrong!," I ordered Nash as my siblings sat there looking back and forth between us both.

"Did we miss something?," Ki asked as Akiri, Ada, and Miyah all looked at me confused.

"Nash wanted us to have a family meeting! Don't you Nash! You know about how I did something wrong that I had no idea what! If it's about mentioning Jester's mom, I didn't know!," I cried as Nash widened his eyes. Before I knew what was going on he had punched me in the jaw.

"Nash!," my siblings cried out in surprise as I got up and waved them off.

"It's fine! Part of his nightmare is still out! He hasn't gotten the chance to hide it yet!," I calmed my siblings down. I also took that time to calm myself down as well. As I walked through the door my siblings followed. Before going into my bedroom I looked back to see Nash standing still in shock. Then my phone rang. I looked down and it was Jester. I answered to Jester freaking out.

"A-Ash are you there?!," he shouted into the phone, sounding like he was a little ways away.

"Ow! My ears! Yeah I'm here!," I answered.

"Ok I'm glad!," Blake said he couldn't come over right now! I need help!," he cried.

"What's wrong?," I asked as I became a little more worried than I was before when he called.

"I cut myself while I was still transforming back! It's really deep!," Jester cried as I sighed.

"If you take a hot shower your nightmare will disappear quicker!," I told Jester and hung up the phone.

Ten minutes after he called I got to his house. Nash and I had gotten our car back yesterday from the shop.

"Jester?," I called as I tried the door handle. It was unlocked so I came in. Inside there was a news broadcast from one of the human news shows. It was about them supposedly seeing another species like the humans. 'Little late don't you think' I thought to myself as I looked through the rest of the house. Finally I reached Jester's bedroom. "Jester?," I asked as I pushed the door open. On the floor there was a bloody knife and Jester's phone. 'He really did cut himself' I thought to myself. His phone was on but there was no sign of Jester. As I was about to look in the other rooms I heard the shower turn on. I sighed and went to the bathroom.
