Rose has talked to Rydell, and made up a excuse for why she was at Deacons house. She said that they met in a club and became friends. Rydell thinks that she is lying but doesn't question her further because he knows she wouldn't hurt him in any sort of way on purpose. He still decides to keep an eye on her. Reeve wants her out of the district and has made multiple complains with evidence with Rydell.
Max has been working for Lombardi and has gotten himself in more shit by the day. He is on his way to the Crimes. When he gets there, he walks straight upstairs to talk too Lombardi. When he gets upstairs, he slams open the door. "I want out. I have done enough for you how much is it going to cost'' Max asks. Lombardi laughs "Boy you still have a lot to learn you can't just throw money at a problem and think it will go away. Besides the kind of cash that I want you won't be able to give me. So sit your ass down and keep your mouth closed and I will forget this happened." Lombardi reacts. "Nope I am DONE. Find a new bitch to do your dirty work. Maybe your worthless son can do it" Max yells walking away.
Rose is on her way to the district when Deacon calls her. "Hey Rosalina, I know you told me to stay low key but..." He begins. He explains the situation to her. "I can tell from the silence that you are disappointed but Rose please" Deacon pleads. Rose was already on her bike and on her way to him because she has been keeping tabs on his location since the beginning of their deal. "I'm on my way" She says driving like total crazy women past everyone.

Gabe is putting clothes in a back for Diana she is going to stay at her mothers for the week. When he walks down stairs, he sees Diana hugging Char hello "Go say bye to daddy Sweetheart and wait for Mommy in the car." Char says to Diana. Diana walks over to Gabe and he picks her up and kisses her cheek "See you in a week mija, be good to your mom okay. I love you" Gabe says. "Bye papa, I love you too" Diana says walking to the car. Char and Gabe walk to the porch so they can talk and keep an eye on Diana. Gabe is having a hard time with this he has never went so long without seeing his daughter. "How did we get in this position char?" Gabe asks frustrated. "I don't know Gabe, you tell me." Char replied. "Char I don't want you to take this in any wrong way but I want joined custody. We are not getting back together and I am her dad. I want us to be equal.'' Gabe asks. ''Why in the hell would you want that? Do you really think that I would take her away from you?" She replied.
