Gabe has gotten all the information about the custody hearing. He is at Rose's house to see if she can go with him. Meanwhile Diana is upstairs playing. "Wait you want me to go to this stupid hearing. Why not prevent it from happening at all?" Rose asks. Gabe sighs "don't you think I have tried that already? Charlotte won't budge and that is not the worst part. She wants Diana to move with her to Italy." Gabe says. "Italy? that women have lost her goddamn mind. I have given you time to do it the nice way Gabe. But its time for a different approach. Because we aren't losing this trial or Diana, I can promise you that. Give me the papers. I will handle it, you just need to find a lawyer and prepare." Rose says. Gabe walks towards her. "Okay, but don't make this mess bigger, hermana." Gabe says. "I got this." Rose says. Gabe walks towards the stairs. "Diana lets go." He shouts upstairs. Diana comes down and Gabe helps her put on her coat. "Adios Tia." Diana says hugging Rose. "See you tomorrow kiddo." Rose says hugging her back. When they leave Rose studies the papers she got from Gabe. Then she thinks "Shit still got to prepare for my date with Trey tonight."
Max is sitting in the park when Rose texts him:
Rose: You need to find a place to stay tonight. I need the house.
Max: For What do you need the whole house for Rose? I Can just stay in my room, you won't even know I am home.
Rose: NOOOOO, just do as I say for once. I am having someone over.
Max: Fine whatever. Just don't do it in the kitchen. I eat there you know.
Rose: The day that I start to care about your opinion is the day you start to pay rent little bro. okay Bye now. Lova ya.

Rose Is paying a visit to Charlotte's lawyer. A Guy named James Channing. "Ma'am do you have an appointment?" The secretary asked. "Trust me I don't need one." Rose says showing her badge. "I am looking for James Channing's office." Rose said. The secretary leads her to the office and opens the door for Rose. She introduces Rose to James and then walks away and closes the door. "What can I help you with detective?" James asks closing his laptop. Rose sits down in front of him. "Sorry for barging in. I know you are busy. I am here to talk about a case that you took about Diana Ortega. I need you to lose the trial. If you do me this favor I will give you one back and believe me, it is good to have me in your corner." She says. "Well that's one hell of a proposition, but I will have to decline. I don't lose. That is just not my style. Thank you for stopping by detective." James says pointing to the door. "Your mistake is thinking that it was a question. It wasn't." Rose says standing up putting her hands on the desk. "Your mistake was threatening one of the best lawyers in LA and thinking you will get away with it. I will come for your badge and your family." James says also standing up and putting his hands on his desk. The have a stare off for a couple of seconds. Rose starts to laugh "Try me, Let the game begin Mr. Channing." She says walking away.
