Rose wakes up to an empty bed the next morning. She takes a shower and gets dressed for work. She hears laughter from the kitchen. She sees Trey and Max laughing loudly about something Treyvon is doing. Trey tries to take something from him. "no." Treyvon says getting mad. Rose walks in to see what all the fuss is about. Treyvon is eating cereal with a fork instead of a spoon and there is cereal lying everywhere. "Why are you guys laughing at him instead of helping him." Rose asks getting him a spoon instead. "here you go baby." Rose says taking the fork from his hand. "Hi mama." he says. Max shakes his head "Unbelievable."

He says. "what?" Rose asks. "we have been trying to get him to switch to a spoon for 15 minutes every time he tried to poke me and Max with the fork." Trey says. "He is a momma's boy already, I see." Max says walking out of the kitchen. "you are up earlier than normal." Trey says hugging her from the back. "Yeah I got to get to work early, big case you know the drill." She says. "so, you're officially a sergeant now. Does that mean you get home later too? Now that the paper work for your promotion is finished." Trey asks. She grins. "No, I will still have the same working hours don't worry baby. But I am already late I gotta go." She gives him a kiss then walks over to her son and gives him a kiss on his head. "When you get off from work I have something I would like to discuss." Trey says.

When she parks her bike, she sees Emma getting out of her car and she is walking towards Rose. "What can I do for you on this beautiful morning, Miss Armani?" Rose asks walking inside the district. "You can tell me why you have my brother locked up?" Emma asks mad. "I can't talk about an ongoing investigation, miss Armani. Now I suggest you get your brother a lawyer because he isn't going anywhere till I get my answers. Now you have a good day ma'am." Rose said scanning her badge to open the door to a secluded area.
