Gabe is back from Spain and is dropping Diana off at her moms. Diana went inside after saying goodbye to her dad. Gabe is about to walk away.'' Gabe can we talk'' Char says. '' So now you want to talk. Nope enjoy your time with our daughter I will pick her up tomorrow for church.'' Gabe says sarcastic.'' Gabe I'm moving to Italy. I got a job opportunity and I took it.'' Char says. Gabe asks hurt'' What a shame I will make sure that Diana calls every day and you can come visit in her vacations. The best of luck. Bye now'' He says turning around again. .''Actually, she is coming with me. Please don't make this harder than it needs to be.'' Char begs. '' Over my dead body, did you hit your head char because I think you have some lose bolts in you head.'' He says still trying to act calm. '' I am her mother and you don't have a say in this matter. I only told you so that you could tell the family I know Max loves her more than anything he should know.''Char says getting inside. Gabe grabs her arm and turns her around '' You can be fucking jesus for all I care you are not taking MY KID away from me. I am warning you Charlotte. Try me.'' Gabe says intimidating. Before she got a chance to say something he was driving away like a mad man. He called the family to vent. It didn't calm him down so he decided to go to the gym and blow some steam off.

Rose didn't came home till morning. '' Where have you been all night'' Max says walking to her. '' None off your business Max get out of my way'' Rose said walking past him. '' You went to do a job for him didn't you........ ( akward silence) So you did. Wow Rose really. You took an oath. Cant you ask your boss for help. He is deacons uncle right so he will help us.'' Max says. Rose gets irritated. '' Yes Max I took an oath but im doing this to protect you. And no I cant ask him for help he will protect Deacon. But you are nothing to him. You will do jail time for everything that you have done. And I cant protect you from that okay. So shut your god damn mouth and let the grown ups handle this. You have already messed shit up enough. You should have come to me sooner.'' She said with a raised voice walking away. '' I know okay. I am sorry. I was just scared that somebody might get hurt'' Max said disappointed in himself. '' I know. I shouldn't have raised my voice at you. But I got this hermano. I am gonna end this. Just get back to living your live okay.'' She said kissing Max's head and walking away. When she closed the door and wanted to lie down she saw Aiden lying in her bed. '' Well you look horrible darling. Rough night?'' He asked. She lies down next to him. She is to tired to ask why he is in her house. He wraps an arm around her '' You have no idea. I Just want to sleep till tomorrow.'' She says already drifting to sleep.'' Sleepwell Darling'' He says kissing her head.
Sunday morning.
Everybody is waiting in front of the church for carmen again because the women is just never on time. When she finally arrives.'' Mom remind me to buy you a watch this year for mother's day maybe then we can finally go in on the right time.'' Gabe says '' Don't be so dramatic sweetie. Well I am here so lets go inside already. '' Actually I invited a friend to come with. There he is.'' Rose said as she waived to deacon. Deacon approaches and gives Rose a hug, then he gives Max a man hug. ''Everybody this is my friend deacon'' Everybody greets him and is happy to meet a friend of Rose because it doesn't happen like ever. Everybody but Gabe and Carmen. Gabe is just over protective of his sister and isn't in the mood. While carmen thinks to herself that Rose has lost her mind. '' Rose please tell me you are not sleeping with the guy because he is a Spencer. You can at least pick one that doesn't have bad media following him around.'' Carmen whispers. '' Excuse you'' Pointing his finger at her. '' Mom shut up'' Rose says. '' ¿Quién se cree que es este chico para señalarme con el dedo?
